【正文】 reinafter referred to as “Party A”) and eLanguage Translation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”), both parties agree to set up a business relationship. Party A agrees to engage Party B as translation agency to provide translation and other related services to Party A, and both parties reach the following terms: 1. 乙方向甲方提供的翻譯服務(wù)，中譯英的翻譯價(jià)格為每千漢字（不計(jì)空格項(xiàng)），英譯中的翻譯價(jià)格為每千漢字 （不計(jì)空格項(xiàng)）； PPT文件（不包括注釋）的翻譯為英譯中 ／頁。乙方應(yīng)按甲方的要求進(jìn)行翻譯、審校、排版、打字、按時(shí)提交翻譯件。雙方理解預(yù)留的交付時(shí)間應(yīng)以每日 1,500 中文字?jǐn)?shù)的速度為基礎(chǔ)計(jì)算。但如果甲方有特殊要求，如在短時(shí)期 內(nèi) 要求乙方完成數(shù)量較大的工作量或超出正常工作時(shí)間（周一至周五09:0017:30 內(nèi)）或在國家法定節(jié)假日期間要求乙方為其工 作或要求在 24 小時(shí)內(nèi)交稿 ，乙方有權(quán)在獲得甲方事先書面同意后額外收取正常收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的 30% 作為加急費(fèi)用。如有此類情況發(fā)生，乙方有權(quán)順延交付時(shí)間。如遇特殊情況無法按甲方的要求完成和交付工作，乙方應(yīng)提前 2 個(gè)工作日通知甲方，雙方共同尋求其它解決方案。 Party A is entitled to proofread and raise ments to the translated documents of Party B. If there’s any inaccuracy in the translated documents (exclusive of the amendment in original text made by Party A after the submission of translated documents by Party B), Party B shall be liable to make the amendment within three months after submission free of charge. 7. 乙方保證在各個(gè)方面保護(hù)甲方的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)不受侵害。乙方并對(duì)甲方的原件、 翻譯件及甲方提供的所有資料保密，未經(jīng)甲方事先書面同意不得以任何形式披露給第三方。 Party B guarantees that Party A’s intellectual property rights will be protected in every aspect from infringement.
