Construction project itself is a important wide engineering, in this process, the project management method to the whole construction process of construction project has a very important role. Enterprise management is a systems engineering, and management of the tentacles involves every post, every thing, every movement. Will think is not important thing tube, the simple system execution on for a long time to do and do it at pains to bee a good management. So how to establish a perfect project management system, enlarge the market share of construction enterprises, improve the level of the construction industry in our country, promote the sustainable development of construction market is one of the themes of the building enterprise research. In this paper discusses the connotation of construction project management on the basis of the study of construction engineering project management mode, based on ERP theory foreshadowing, introduces the connotation and characteristics of construction enterprises in ERP.
