【正文】 了市場需要。 沈陽師范大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 第 1 章 緒論 2 系統(tǒng)的研究意義 隨著市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，住宅小區(qū)已經(jīng)成為人們安家置業(yè)的首選，幾十萬到幾百萬的小區(qū)住宅比比皆是。在某種意義上，信息與科技在物業(yè)管理與 現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中顯現(xiàn)出越來越重要的地位。只有高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高質(zhì)量的社區(qū)服務(wù)才能滿足人們的需求。如何利用先進(jìn)的管理手段，提高物業(yè)管理水平，是當(dāng)今社會所面臨的一個重要課題。所以想借本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計之際，開發(fā)一個適用于每個小區(qū)物業(yè)管理的系統(tǒng)。幾年前，各個小區(qū)的物業(yè)管理基本上都是靠手工進(jìn)行的，隨著社會的發(fā)展，小區(qū)物業(yè)的發(fā)展也是非常的快了，而且每年都有不同的要求。而這些項目在過去手工操作時代，需要手工記錄這些事情，不但麻煩，還經(jīng)常出錯，給廣大 住戶和管理人員 帶來很多不便。提高和完善小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)所具有的功能，以方便小區(qū)內(nèi)的業(yè)主及員工的操作。學(xué)習(xí)計算機 知識不僅僅是為了掌握一種技能，更重要的是它能啟發(fā)人們對先進(jìn)科技的向往，激發(fā)創(chuàng)新意識，推動對新知識的學(xué)習(xí)，培養(yǎng)自學(xué)能力，鍛煉動手實踐的本領(lǐng)。目前，國 內(nèi) 的科技水平高速發(fā)展，計算機作為今天使用最廣的現(xiàn)代化工具已深入到各個領(lǐng)域，并且正在成為未來社會 —— 信息社會的重要支柱。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷提高，計算機科學(xué)日漸成熟， 人們已深刻認(rèn)識到計算機所具有的強大的功能 。但一直以來人們使用傳統(tǒng)人工的方式進(jìn)行小區(qū)物業(yè)的業(yè) 主和員工的信息檔案管理，這種管理方式存在著許多缺點，如：效率低，容易出錯，格式不規(guī)范等等。 關(guān)鍵詞 管理系統(tǒng)， SQL Server 數(shù)據(jù)庫， JSP 技術(shù) 沈陽師范大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 Abstract II Abstract This text discussed the development process of the residential property management information system.
