(C25：ｔ Criteria： ) 2)The span of baffle plates in the muffler was wider than criteria. (C25： 260mm 基準： 200mm) Countermeasure Change the thickness of the inner shell panel(→) Add a baffle plate(3→4 plates) and reduce the span of baffle plates. (260mm→160mm) Subject Center muffler abnormal noise What we should do The thickness of centermuffler should be more than because exhaust temperature is high. The span of baffle plates should be more than 200mm. What we should not do Even if we use standard structure, we should not use the structure of rear muffler without prevent activity. Lesson Learned Criteria of thickness of shell and span of baffle plates should be described with the reason why we need the criteria and the permissible temperature condition.
