可以加工較多的表面,縮短生產(chǎn)周期,以提高生產(chǎn)效率。 本文利用 F0i 數(shù)控車床進(jìn)行加工,經(jīng)過對(duì)工件進(jìn)行工藝分析、擬定加工方案、合理選擇刀具后,針對(duì)兩件的加工特點(diǎn)選擇合理的切削用量,并在加工過程中控制好精度要求,使其達(dá)到良好的加工效果。 關(guān)鍵詞:加工工藝 加工工序 精度檢測(cè)AbseractIn the numerical control turning processing, processing technology guides the machining process. Processing craft different different, must cause the different processing process. The choice of reasonable processing technology can improve the efficiency of the CNC lathe processing, choice of the reasonable processing road is also can be easier. This paper from the sword go line, programming, and other details, the author analyzes the numerical control turning in the programming method and the reasonable processing operations, and will test the parts processing.
