【正文】 0米左右，屬高海拔地區(qū)，燒成系統(tǒng)工藝設(shè)計和設(shè)備選型將是整個工藝技術(shù)方案的關(guān)鍵，本可研重點考慮：高海拔對窯系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)量和熱耗均有顯著的影響。 通過方案對比認(rèn)為立磨系統(tǒng)方案較優(yōu)于球磨方案，節(jié)電效果顯著，對原料的水分、粒度適應(yīng)性強，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，集選粉和烘干為一體，工藝流程簡單、操作可靠，產(chǎn)品細(xì)度調(diào)整方便，設(shè)備可露天化布置，是理想的節(jié)能粉磨設(shè)備，本可研推薦選用立磨方案，在項目實施時需對原料進行易磨性試驗。（2）噸產(chǎn)品裝機功率小，電耗低。 （1）生產(chǎn)流程簡單、投資小 單段破碎系統(tǒng)與兩段破碎系統(tǒng)比較，車間設(shè)備減少了60%（按臺計），總設(shè)備重量約減少了40%。 單段破碎系統(tǒng)：選用一臺新型 單段錘式破碎機，當(dāng)進料粒度≤850mm，出料粒度小于25mm（90%）時，系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)量320t/h, 一班生產(chǎn)。石灰石破碎車間年要求處理能力776860噸，日要求處理能力2504噸。來自水泥庫的水泥由提升機卸入推動篩，篩去雜物后進入衡壓倉，再進入八嘴回轉(zhuǎn)式包裝及包裝成袋裝水泥，由電子秤計量，包裝后的水泥由帶式輸送機送至2460m成品庫內(nèi)堆存。散裝與包裝比例設(shè)計為70%：30%。均化用氣由庫底羅茨風(fēng)機供給。1．6．11 水泥粉磨及輸送13m中心傳動雙滑履磨，配輥壓機及V型選粉機，臺時產(chǎn)量110 t／h，出磨水泥送至水泥庫中儲存。進廠濕混合材露天堆放，用裝載機送入卸料斗，由提升機送入烘干機，烘干后的混合材由提升送入混合材庫儲存。1．6．10 混合材烘干 用干排粉煤灰作混合材，可以不設(shè)烘干。冷卻后的熟料經(jīng)鏈斗輸送機直接送入熟料中轉(zhuǎn)庫儲存。當(dāng)增濕塔工作不正常時，收下的窯灰水分過大，增濕塔下的螺旋輸送機反轉(zhuǎn)將濕窯灰排出，再由人工清出。生料磨停運時，窯尾預(yù)熱器排出的廢氣可全部進入除塵器凈化后排放。熟料冷卻機排出的氣體；一部分作為二次風(fēng)及三次風(fēng)入窯和分解爐；部分作為煤磨的烘干熱源，其余廢氣經(jīng)袋收塵器凈化后排入大氣。熟料冷卻機采用控制流篦式冷卻機，帶有熟料破碎機。窯的設(shè)計指標(biāo)為日產(chǎn)熟料2000噸，燒成熱耗 3469 kJ/kg熟料（高原折減后實際為31113178 kJ/kg熟料）。為保證安全生產(chǎn)，本系統(tǒng)設(shè)有防爆閥及CO2 滅火裝置。煤粉倉下設(shè)有環(huán)狀天平計重機，既可計量，又能調(diào)節(jié)喂煤量。煤磨烘干氣體來自窯頭篦冷機煙氣，并設(shè)有備用熱風(fēng)爐。出磨煤粉隨氣流經(jīng)動態(tài)選粉機收集后，送入煤粉倉。m篩余8%－12％，終水分≤%的條件下，系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)量16t/h。攪拌倉帶有荷重傳感器及充氣裝置，倉內(nèi)的生料經(jīng)氣體攪拌后，自倉下流量控制閥卸出，由固體流量計量，經(jīng)斗提機、空氣斜槽、送入窯尾旋風(fēng)預(yù)熱器二級筒的上升管道系統(tǒng)。生料均化庫由羅茨風(fēng)機供氣，經(jīng)設(shè)在庫底的六個卸料口按順序卸至攪拌倉。 來自原料磨的成品生料及窯尾廢氣處理系統(tǒng)收集的粉塵經(jīng)斗提機、空氣斜槽入庫。生料磨采用出窯尾預(yù)熱器廢氣為烘干熱源。m篩余12%，終水分≤%的條件下，系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)量為180t/h。1．6．5 生料粉磨配合好的原料送入立式磨中，出磨合格生料經(jīng)高效旋風(fēng)收塵器及窯尾袋收塵器收集，由鏈運機、斗式提升機送至生料均化庫儲存。庫底用電子皮帶秤按要求的配比準(zhǔn)確計量配料后，經(jīng)皮帶輸送機、提升機送至原料磨。1．6．3 粘土及均化輸送粘土由皮帶輸送機送至粘土簡易預(yù)均化堆棚，均化后的粘土送至原料配料庫內(nèi)儲存。（3）無煙煤：燒成用無煙煤可供給的礦點較多，成分及熱值難以保證，為縮小偏差，保證燒成用煤質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性及均勻性，節(jié)約投資，故設(shè)計中考慮對無煙煤采取簡易預(yù)均化措施。采用二座Φ1536米儲存庫多點下料簡易搭配方式進行均化。 主要經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標(biāo) 詳見表11。富源縣老廠宏發(fā)水泥廠根據(jù)我國和我省建材工業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的要求，為切實貫徹中央關(guān)于經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的精神，堅持“控制總量、調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)、淘汰落后”的建材工業(yè)發(fā)展方針和提高旋窯水泥比重的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策，實現(xiàn)水泥工業(yè)增長方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和可持續(xù)發(fā)展，為了適應(yīng)曲靖市及富源縣的城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、旅游區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)的需要，為謀求長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展，使產(chǎn)品上檔次、上規(guī)模，富源縣老廠宏發(fā)公司從企業(yè)自身條件和資金籌措能力等具體情況出發(fā)，因地制宜的綜合考慮，決定抓住西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的機遇，充分利用本地充足的資源，建設(shè)2000t/d新型干法熟料水泥生產(chǎn)線。具體為：2007年453萬t，2008年411萬t，2009年不少于139萬t，2010年不少于61萬t。云南省政府辦公廳下發(fā)的《關(guān)于做好淘汰落后水泥生產(chǎn)能力工作的通知》，明確提出了云南省“十一五”期間，淘汰落后水泥生產(chǎn)能力的具體目標(biāo)、重點、進度和政策措施。老線可以利用的條件主要是：建設(shè)場地、礦山開采及運輸、工廠現(xiàn)有的生活設(shè)施及輔助生產(chǎn)設(shè)施（如機修、化驗室、辦公樓等）。是富源縣管理水平較高，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量較好的私營企業(yè)，為富源縣的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展作出了重要貢獻。輔助生產(chǎn)設(shè)施：如機修、化驗室、辦公樓等，以及生活福利設(shè)施，利用企業(yè)原有設(shè)施。年發(fā)電量為2232104kWh，年供電量為2053104kWh。產(chǎn)品方案：熟料2000噸/日，窯年運轉(zhuǎn)率85%，水泥78萬噸/年。廠區(qū)附近有完善的供電、供水設(shè)施。In future, astronauts will be required to descend from a spaceship while it is still in space and富源縣老廠宏發(fā)水泥廠2000t/d熟料水泥生產(chǎn)線工程節(jié)能專篇1 項目概況 項目名稱富源縣老廠宏發(fā)水泥廠2000t/d熟料水泥生產(chǎn)線工程（帶4000kW純低溫余熱發(fā)電）項目。 As she walked away, I followed her out of the fair. she asked impatiently. 39。 As soon as I went outside, I forgot all about Madam Bellinsky because my wife hurried towards me. 39。At a village fair, I decided to visit a fortuneteller called Madam Bellinsky.
