TERMINATION FOR INSOLVENCY 破產(chǎn)終止合同The Buyer may at any time terminate the Contract, by giving written notice to the Seller, without pensation to the Seller, if the Seller bees bankrupt or otherwise insolvent, provided that such termination will not prejudice or affect any right of action or remedy which has accrued or will accrue thereafter to the Buyer.如賣方破產(chǎn)或由于其他原因喪失清償能力，在不損害或影響買方的任何行動權(quán)利和已采取或?qū)⒉扇〉膶I方的補救措施的條件下,買方可在任何時候書面通知賣方終止本合同而無須向賣方作任何補償。2. LATE DELIVERY AND PENALTY 遲運及罰金Should the Seller fail to make or delay to make delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods on time as provided for in the contract, with exception of Force Majeure causes, the Seller shall agree to pay a penalty which shall be deducted by the paying bank from the payment under negotiation. The rate of penalty is charged at % for every seven days, odd days less than seven days should be counted as seven days.
