【正文】 他必須促進(jìn)合作關(guān)系，并且經(jīng)常與小組成員間進(jìn)行會(huì)議PM 必須經(jīng)常性的與小組成員進(jìn)行溝通；直接面對(duì)面或通過(guò)電話/聲音進(jìn)行交談要比通過(guò)電子郵件溝通的效果更好；電子郵件用于分發(fā)通過(guò)討論（不要只是分配任務(wù)和收集答案）獲得的信息無(wú)論何時(shí)PM 必須察看項(xiàng)目的狀況，在某一階段（如生產(chǎn)爬坡階段）建議每日察看項(xiàng)目的狀況。 the s must be used to distribute the summary of the information gained after discussions rather than to assign tasks and to gather answers.The PM must review the Project status whenever it is necessary。 the PM is responsible to create the right conditions for the teamwork.He must promote collaboration and frequent meetings between the Team Members.The PM must municate with all the Team Members frequently?！?Together with the Quality Engineer, he is responsible for the quality of the raw materials.與質(zhì)量工程師一起，對(duì)原材料的質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)。● He is responsible for the supplier39?！?He is responsible to procure the ponents that are required to build prototypes, samples and normal production.負(fù)責(zé)獲得構(gòu)造模型、樣件和正常生產(chǎn)所要求的零件。Purchasing Engineer: 采購(gòu)工程師● The buyer is responsible to select the suppliers and to present the list to the Project Manager and Sourcing Team。● He must collaborate with the team members to train the workers on the production process.同項(xiàng)目組成員合作，在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中培訓(xùn)員工。● He is responsible to organize the production line, to collect all the equipment, to define the procedures and instructions for the workers.負(fù)責(zé)組織生產(chǎn)線，收集所有設(shè)備信息，定義操作員工的程序和指導(dǎo)書。 Process Engineer: 工藝工程師● He is in charge of the process definition and development.負(fù)責(zé)過(guò)程定義和開發(fā)● He must support the Design Engineer to design the product that can be built in the factory.支持設(shè)計(jì)工程師設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品以確保能夠在工廠實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品。● He is responsible to audit the internal process and system according to the customer requirements and to audit the suppliers.根據(jù)顧客需求，執(zhí)行內(nèi)部過(guò)程和系統(tǒng)審核以及供應(yīng)商審核?！?He must check that the quality requirements of the customer as well as the internal requirements of the pany are respected.他必須檢查顧客的質(zhì)量要求，同時(shí)也應(yīng)當(dāng)考慮公司內(nèi)部的要求。Quality Engineer:質(zhì)量工程師● The Quality Engineer is the deputy of the Project Manager and he is responsible to assure the quality of the project, product and process.質(zhì)量工程師是項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的代表，負(fù)責(zé)確保項(xiàng)目、產(chǎn)品和過(guò)程的質(zhì)量。● He is responsible to assure that the goods arrive in good conditions according to the customer requirements to the customer39。 he must organize a proper place in the warehouse for each part and he must assure the correct material flow to feed the production.物流工程師負(fù)責(zé)按照顧客和工藝工程師的質(zhì)量要求設(shè)計(jì)原材料的包裝規(guī)范；他必須組織倉(cāng)庫(kù)適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢脕?lái)放置每一樣零件，并必須確保正確的物料傳遞給生產(chǎn)線。 he must agree with the Process Engineer the characteristics of the ponents produced by the pany.他必須與工藝工程師共同編寫過(guò)程失效模式分析, 工藝流程圖和控制計(jì)劃。 he is responsible of the product performances and quality。Design Engineer: 設(shè)計(jì)工程師● The design engineer is responsible to design the product according to the customer39?！?He reviews the contract during each project phase taking care of the project evolution during the time.在每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目階段負(fù)責(zé)評(píng)審訂單和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展?！?He discusses with the customer and share with the PM the basis information concerning the project (Samples, SOP, Volumes, Investments, Target Price, etc…).負(fù)責(zé)同顧客討論并將關(guān)于項(xiàng)目的基本信息（樣件、批量生產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)量、投資、預(yù)訂價(jià)格，等等）與項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理共享。● He has the authority to agree activities with the team members and with the Department Managers and he has the authority to pretend the execution.有權(quán)力同意小組成員和部門經(jīng)理的行動(dòng)。● He writes and maintain a summary of all his projects and reports at least twice per month to his Supervisor and to the General Manager.編寫和維護(hù)所有的項(xiàng)目總結(jié)并向上級(jí)和總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)，每月至少兩次?！?He checks with all the permanent and temporary team members and in general with all the pany that all the activities are finished in time.同所有的永久的或臨時(shí)的項(xiàng)目成員檢查是否所有的行動(dòng)已及時(shí)完成?！?He collects the customer requirements and he adapts and transfers them to the pany.項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理收集顧客的要求并負(fù)責(zé)將這些信息傳達(dá)給公司。● Together with the Sales Manager, he represent the pany in front of the customer and he is liable to lead the project to success in term of timings, costs and customer satisfaction.面對(duì)顧客同銷售經(jīng)理一起擔(dān)任公司代表，負(fù)責(zé)引導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目成功的達(dá)到計(jì)劃、成本和顧客滿意的要求。
