If it’s really needed, employees should get approval from GM first.在國家規(guī)定的節(jié)假日內,公司不鼓勵加班,如確實有必要加班,需得總經理的批準; Personal leave / 事假:Company will not pensate for personal leave.員工請事假,無薪。Company will not pensate when passionate leave meets holidays/weekends, etc. 員工申請喪假,如遇節(jié)假日不另行給假。Male employees can enjoy 10days acpanying their spouses.男性員工之配偶生育,且符合晚育者,給予男性員工護理假10天,遇節(jié)假日不另行給假。 90+15 days for dystocia。Under special cases the pany reserves the raight to declare some working days as holidays. Such days will be deducted from the employee’s annual vacations.特殊情況下,公司保留調整假期的權力,如將一些工作日調整為假期,該假期將從年休假中扣除。該假期的最小計量單位為4小時,該假期不可兌換為現金。 Annual leave / 年休假: Holidays / 假期:For unforeseen absences it is the employee’s responsibility to inform the immediate supervisor at the earliest possible occasion. On the day of return to work the employee has to fill out the appropriate form retrospective.如遇突發(fā)情況而無法按時正常工作時,員工應及時電話通知其部門經理,經證明屬實并于返回公司上班的第一天填寫假單;Employee who is missing 3 successive days or 5days during a year will be dismissed immediately.員工連續(xù)曠工3天(含)或全年累計曠工超過5天的,公司出具書面通知后與該員工立即解除勞動關系; above 30 minutes, then it will considered one day missing without any reason. The table can bu adjusted yearly by the board of directors. 于次年1月份發(fā)放第13月薪資。 Salary Frame/薪資結構: Welfare/薪資與福利 Salary Policy/薪資政策ˉ Emploee who resigned or dismissed, should leave pany immediately after finish all handover formalities.辭退或開除之員工必須在辦完手續(xù)后立即離開本公司。Leave formalities/離職手續(xù)ˉ Before leave, pany can arrange HR manager, or highlevel management people to have a conversation with him/her for their purposes of leave.離職前,公司可根據員工意愿安排人力資源部專人或高層管理人員進行離職面談,聽取員工意見?!?If the employee leave without any approval, the related dept. should notify HR dept. and finance dept. for preparing. 如員工在未辦理任何手續(xù)的情況下擅自離職,用人單位應立即通知人力資源部及財務部采取必要的措施。Employee apply for resign/員工辭職:ˉ If employee resifned during probation period, he/she should send in application form 7days ahead. 試用期員工需提前七天提出申請; ˉ General Official employee should submit application sheet 30 days ahead if he/she intend to Resign. 合同期員工,一般員工需提前30天提出申請。ˉ HR dept. will inform dept. and candidates in the end.人力資源部向員工和有關部門發(fā)出內部調整通知單。Requirement and procedure/要求與程序:ˉ When the actions are suggest by pany, HR dept. should control it and municate with both departments.
