Elementary Training 用 10 天的時間,對所有被錄用的員工進行常規(guī)培訓。培訓內(nèi)容為:管理程序培訓,讓員工清楚工廠的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和管理程序,了解各管理部門的職能,知道什么事情需到什么部門辦理,怎么辦理;工作紀律和規(guī)章制度的培訓,讓員工熟記這些規(guī)定,并按紀律和制度規(guī)范個人在工廠的行為,還要清楚違反紀律和制度要受到懲罰;安全和環(huán)境保護的培訓,讓員工清楚安全生產(chǎn)的內(nèi)容,明白環(huán)境保護的內(nèi)涵,懂得如何愛護工廠的環(huán)境,知道如何做好文明生產(chǎn)。 All recruited staff should be trained in a 10 day routine training course for the following contents: management program, which provides anizational structure and management process of the factory, function of each section, where to go for different issues and how。 training on work discipline and regulations, which provides detailed information on discipline and regulations, personal acts should be regulated in the factor and punishment will follow up when violation occurs。 training on security and environment protection to let the staff know connotation thereof, how to protect environment of the factory and how to work in a good manners. (二) 中級培訓 2. Intermediate Training 用 120 至 180 天的時間,分別對不同崗位的員工進行有針對性地專項培訓。培訓內(nèi)容為: Special training course will be offered to employees at different posts during 120 to 180 days. 工藝流程技術(shù)培訓。 A. Training on Technical Process 16 讓員工對工廠的整個生產(chǎn)工藝流程有一個清楚地認識,要知道在工藝流程運行當中每個環(huán)節(jié)的作用。有針對性地對主要設(shè)備操作手和技術(shù)性較強的崗位操作人員進行操作技術(shù)的培訓,經(jīng)過培訓要達到基本掌握崗位的工藝操作技術(shù),在師傅的指導下能獨立開展工作。對一般熟練工種的崗位員工,經(jīng)過培訓后,應(yīng)能勝任工作。 This is to let the employees know the overall technical process and know the role of each step. Training on how to operate should be given to major operators and operator at crucial posts. The trained worker is required to be able to grasp the technical skills of his post and should work on his own under guidance of his teacher. 安全操作規(guī)程和設(shè)備維護保養(yǎng)的培訓 B. Training on Secured Operation and Equipment Maintenance 經(jīng)過培訓,要達到完全掌握安全操作的要領(lǐng),熟悉設(shè)備的性能;并能進行日常維護保養(yǎng)設(shè)備的操作。 This is to let the workers pletely grasp essentials of secured operation and know performance of the equipment as well as how to do regular maintenance for the equipment. 管理內(nèi)容的培訓 對作管理工作的新員工,進行工作職責,管理標準、工作標準、管理程序諸項內(nèi)容的培訓,經(jīng)過培訓應(yīng)使所培訓人員達到能夠較熟練的完成自己的工作內(nèi)容。 C. Training on Management This is to train the new management staff on responsibility, standard, management process and so on to let them be able to do their work smoothly. 17 (三) 高級培訓 3. Advanced Training 選派部分經(jīng)過中級培訓,有較全面素質(zhì)和很強責任心的主要設(shè)備操作手,到中國母公司進行更加系統(tǒng)的培訓。經(jīng)過培訓,達到能完全獨立熟練工作的程度,并能指揮一個生產(chǎn)班組的工作。以這些人來帶動各個生產(chǎn)工序員工整體素質(zhì)的提高。選派部分中、高級管理人員,到國內(nèi)母公司培訓。經(jīng)過培訓應(yīng)達到能獨立主管一個部門或一個方面的工作,并能對工作的各環(huán)節(jié)進行有效的控制。 We shall select some crucial operators who have passed the intermediate training and who is smart and responsible to e to China for more systematic training to bee pletely independent, proficient and be able to work as a demander of a group or a team.
