The homeowners are not allowed to modify them or drill a separate hole on the wall to install an air conditioner. If a homeowner wants to change the air conditioning system, he or she shall apply to the Property Service Company in advance for approval. He or she can only proceed to install a separate air conditioner only after approval. If damages are caused as a result of this, he or she shall be responsible for repairing at his or her own cost. The homeowners shall be responsible for the proper maintenance of their air conditioners, and shall take necessary preventative measures to prevent the condensed water droplets from falling down or making noise to bee an annoyance to their neighbors. 16. Firefighting equipment Public areas have been provided with extinguishing canisters and other firefighting and extinguishing equipment. Please don39。t damage the equipment or use them for other purposes. Please don39。t damage the evacuation signs, emergent lightings and ventilation equipment near staircases, corridors and entrances and exits. Please educate the kids not to play with this equipment to ensure their normal function. 18. Holding rituals The units are not allowed to be used as places for holding burial and memorial rituals or any other similar activities. 19. The deities To keep the environment clean and tidy, homeowners are not allowed to arrange deities or burn incense or paper money for the dead near entrances or public areas. Violators will be deemed as occupying public areas and their stuff will be removed immediately without notice. The costs incurred will be covered by the homeowners concerned. 20. Trash collection The Property Service Company will collect trash at prescribed times, and the homeowners need to put their trash in plastic bags, seal off the bags properly, and put the bags in the trash room located in the underground garage of their buildings or other places designated by the Property Service Company. 21. Keeping the munity clean and tidy Although the Property Service Company has specially assigned persons for keeping the munity clean and tidy, it still needs the wholehearted cooperation of all the homeowners to ensure that the munity is clean and tidy. The parents shall educate their kids not to litter in the munity or to throw any objects from high locations downward, or, any property or personal damages caused as a result of this shall be covered by the homeowners concerned. 22. Rest and public areas In order to let everybody have a beautiful environment to live in, homeowners should think about others and wholeheartedly cooperate with each other. People are not allowed to pick flowers or fruits randomly, to discard trash anywhere they want or to damage public equipment. If you find someone is intentionally damaging public equipment, please persuade him or her not to do so immediately or notify the Property Service Company. 23. Noise In order to have a quiet environment, please don39。t play any musical instruments, play mahjong or have other activities that may make a noise between 10:00 pm. and 8:00 am., so as not to disturb the neighbors. 24. Raising animals Unless approved by related government authorities and the written consent of the Property Service Company, homeowners are not allowed to raise poultries, dogs or other animals. The Property Service Company shall have the right to take measures to get rid of the poultries or other animals in case of violations, and will ask the government to deal with the case at the same time, with any cost incurred being covered by the homeowners concerned. For animals that are raised under the approval of related government authorities and the Property Service Company, they need to get preventative vaccine shots regularly, and shall not disturb or hurt other people, or the homeowners concerned shall bear any consequences caused as a result. Cares should be taken to prevent the animal droppings problem from happening, the droppings should be cleaned by the homeowners concerned themselves, and if cleaned by the Property Service Company on their behalf, the homeowners should cover the costs incurred. 25. Security measures The Property Service Company has already arranged roundtheclock security posts and patrols in the munity, and infrared monitoring systems are also provided to ensure the public order and the security of the public facilities and equipment in the munity.
