我記得1999年來到硅谷尋找投資資金，跟很多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資家、資本家接洽，我記得好多天我去Menlo Park一帶開會(huì)。我被很多投資家一一回拒。當(dāng)我談到阿里巴巴的時(shí)候，他們都用異樣的眼光看著我：什么？阿里巴巴？你在講什么？I went back to china,with nothing,no money, nobody invested me,but I?m full of confident,I saw America ，沒有錢，沒有人投資我。但是我充滿了信心，我看到了美國(guó)夢(mèng)。At that time ,1999,I walked on the highexpressway，every evening full of cars in the park of pany,Sunday full of car,people work day and night,This is something ,I believe it?s gonna happen in china, 我走在高速公路上，看到每天晚上路上全都是車，公司的停車場(chǎng)不管是白天或黑夜，周一到周日，都停滿了車。人們夜以繼日的工作。我相信這種情況一定也會(huì)發(fā)生在中國(guó)。without getting any venture capital,but I think ,I went back china with America dream and we started the business there, 雖然沒有得到任何投資資金，但我認(rèn)為我是帶著這個(gè)美國(guó)夢(mèng)回到中國(guó)的，接著我創(chuàng)立阿里巴巴。and after 12 years,you know, a lot of things happen,we built up the B2B,nobody believed the B2B will work ,because the B2B at that time with Ariba ,I don?t know still there.“”,”broadvision”,”merce one” this is very famous B2B said :”how can you do B2B in B2B in USA focus on big pany ,they focus on buyer, 12年過去了，發(fā)生了很多事情，我們建立了B2B，在這之前沒有人相信B2B會(huì)成功，Broadvision和merce one 都是非常著名的B2B公司，人們問，你們?cè)谥袊?guó)怎么搞B2B？因?yàn)槊绹?guó)的B2B致力于大公司，致力于買家。and we believe that three is no big pany in china,and I don?t see, in the short term, china will have lots of big pany,我們不相信中國(guó)會(huì)有大公司，而且我也沒有看出中國(guó)短期內(nèi)會(huì)出現(xiàn)很多大公司because big pany is only SOE,SOE ,they do not the emerce, they need govement ，國(guó)企不需要電子商務(wù)，他們需要政府的政策，對(duì)吧?so we focus on small business,we believe china,the small business ,the private sector are the we focus on that, 所以我們專注于小型公司，我們相信小企業(yè)，私營(yíng)企業(yè)才是中國(guó)的未來，所以我們把重點(diǎn)放在小型企業(yè)。and the B2B in usa ,they want to help the buyer save the cost ,save the believe:”don?t don?t teach the SME,don?t teach the small business how to save the know much better than you ，美國(guó)的B2B是專注于買家，他們想幫助買家節(jié)約成本和時(shí)間。但是我認(rèn)為你不用教中小企業(yè)們?nèi)绾喂?jié)約成本，因?yàn)樗麄儽饶愣枚郰ou shound help them how to make we focus on helping small business,we focus on helping them make money ,sell things difficult to do business,at that time, 你應(yīng)該幫他們賺錢，所以我們專注于中小企業(yè)，專注于幫助他們掙錢，把產(chǎn)品銷到海外。當(dāng)時(shí)做生意非常難，but after 12 years,we got more than 58 millions small business around the world using our ，全球有超過5800萬的中小型企業(yè)都使用我們的服務(wù)。that model is not very successful,pare to “tencent “”baidu”,.我們的生意模式跟騰訊或百度相比可能并不是非常成果we did not make that much money,like online gaming, 我們沒有靠網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲賺那么錢。but we can sleep well in the evening, because the money we made not online gaming, 但是我們晚上可以睡得安穩(wěn)，因?yàn)槲覀冑嵉腻X并不是從網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲上來的。the money we made is helping small business survive, get business opportunity which I fell very proud of that, 我們的收入是來自幫助小企業(yè)們生存，幫助他們得到商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，這點(diǎn)我感到十分的驕傲。and today , as always,I never fell proud of how much money we made,I fell proud of how much impact we can help others,especially small business, 直到今天我從來都沒有為阿里巴巴賺了多少錢而驕傲過，我為我們影響和幫助其他人多少而驕傲，尤其是小企業(yè)主！before the history of internet,no pany can help over 50 millions SME,today we are I fell proud of that this is the first pany, 在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)之前，沒有人可以幫助超過5000萬的中小企業(yè)。但是今天，我們正在努力這么做，而且我為我們是第一家這樣的公司而驕傲。and people said :”jack,if you make alibaba successful,that means :”you are pulling a million ton sheep on the top of the Himalayas人們跟我說，馬云，如果你能讓阿里巴巴成功，那相當(dāng)于你要將好幾噸羊運(yùn)到喜馬拉雅山頂上。and I said :”yes,we will carry that thing down” and we ，是的，我們還會(huì)把他們運(yùn)下來。而且我們做到了。The second pany call taobao ,and everybody said :”oh my god ,you are peting with said :”why not,”, 第二個(gè)公司是淘寶。大家都跟我說，天哪，你是在跟eBay競(jìng)爭(zhēng)??！我說，“為什么不？”china need emerce site and building up china market take effort ,take time and take great you really want to build up something, 中國(guó)需要一個(gè)電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站。創(chuàng)建一個(gè)中國(guó)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易市場(chǎng)需要時(shí)間跟精力，需要你確實(shí)非常想做某事的決心。so at that time people said :”there is no chance “ well!, if you never try ,how do you know that there is no we 。我說，如果你總是不嘗試，你怎么知道沒戲？所以我們就嘗試了。And I said :” if ebay is the sharp in the ocean, we are crocodile in the yangzi ，那我們就是長(zhǎng)江里的揚(yáng)子鱷。Never fight in the ocean, let?s fight in the Yangzi ，我們?cè)陂L(zhǎng)江里打it was difficult, it was lots of fun,and we ，但是很有樂趣。而且我們最后活下來了。they got 90%market share at that time, today for C2C,we own 90%market %的份額。但是到了今天，我們擁有中國(guó)C2C市場(chǎng)90%的份額。And luck ,just luck ,there are lot
