中腦導(dǎo)水管周圍灰質(zhì)(periaqueductal gray, PAG)是位于中腦頂蓋與被蓋之間由一群小而高密度的神經(jīng)細(xì)胞圍繞中腦水管構(gòu)成的一片環(huán)形區(qū)域，其頭側(cè)達(dá)后連合水平，與第三腦室的室周灰質(zhì)相續(xù)（2）腦干的下行抑制及易化系統(tǒng)是同時(shí)被激活的，當(dāng)下行抑制及易化調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的失衡并引起內(nèi)源性易化系統(tǒng)的效應(yīng)增高時(shí)，非傷害性刺激也可被感覺為疼痛
