cently there is a fierce debate in our school as to whether we should set off fireworks and firecrackers during the Spring it is well known that the opinion concerning this hot topic varies from person to person. some students think setting off firecrackers is a traditional way to celebrate important festivals, especially the Spring can show people’s happiness, their feelings and the festive people can enjoy the beautiful scenery of fireworks. However, others hold the opposite idea. They think that setting off firecrackers and fireworks may cause a lot of may bring air and noise it will do harm to people’s eyes and firecrackers are not set off correctly, they can injure or disable people or even cause death, which will bring great sorrow to the family. From these we can see there are more disadvantages,So I approve of not setting off firecrackers and fireworks ,and we may seek other ways to show our happiness. If some people insist on doing it, I think it should be limited to certain areas and time. 聽力原文: Text 1 M: How about joining me for a cup of coffee? W: I’d love to, but I’m exhausted.
