【正文】 出貨日期，提前三天通知 QA派員驗(yàn)貨? QA在正式驗(yàn)貨前一小時(shí)，通知倉(cāng)庫(kù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)貨準(zhǔn)備? 倉(cāng)庫(kù)根據(jù)驗(yàn)貨通知內(nèi)容將待檢品運(yùn)送到 “ 待檢區(qū) ”? QA員針對(duì)待檢貨品，準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)資料及樣板出貨檢驗(yàn)的內(nèi)容? 根據(jù)客戶或成品出貨要求，檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目不同，一般可包括：產(chǎn)品包裝和標(biāo)示檢查內(nèi)容? 產(chǎn)品的包裝方式、包裝數(shù)量、包裝材料的使用? 單箱裝數(shù)是否符合要求。? 標(biāo)識(shí)紙的粘貼位置、書寫內(nèi)容、外箱的填寫是否規(guī)范。? 紙箱外包裝是否有品檢 “ PASSED” 章。驗(yàn)貨結(jié)果判定與處置? 在允許產(chǎn)品外箱蓋 “ QAPASSED” 章。? 對(duì)拒收產(chǎn)品掛 “ 待處理 ” 牌，倉(cāng)庫(kù)不得擅自移動(dòng)。?
