The use of the mark also allows the import requirements for wood packaging material to remain a paperless system.For packaging material which already existed before 1 March 2005, a mark consisting only of the 3 codes and without the IPPC logo will be accepted until the end of 2007.所應(yīng)用的處理方法生生產(chǎn)者國家Approval for the use of the ISPM15 mark must be obtained from the National Plant Protection Organisation or an organisation officially mandated by the NPPO.ISPM15 標記進入歐盟的木質(zhì)包裝必須含有ISPM15標記。此標記包括普遍承認的，無語種限制的IPPC 標識，和3個代碼（國家、生產(chǎn)者和使用的處理方法）。對于去皮木材，字母“DB”也要標在標記上。這個標記在進出口檢查時，可以非常容易地證實木材符合規(guī)定。標記應(yīng)該清晰、可見、永久并且不可轉(zhuǎn)移。這個標記也使得木質(zhì)包裝進口的要求保持無紙系統(tǒng)。對于2005年3月1日以前已經(jīng)使用的木質(zhì)包裝，只有三個代碼而沒有IPPC標識的標記在2007年年底前仍然可以接受。ISPM15標記許可證必須從國家植物保護組織（NPPO）處或者由NPPO委托的機構(gòu)獲得。[1] 瑞士除外第 5 頁 共 5 頁
