【導(dǎo)讀】鑒于甲方擬對(duì)辦公樓進(jìn)行裝修裝飾，通過(guò)招投標(biāo)程序，將該工程授予乙方施工并完成；修管理辦法》及有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定履行本合同；本合同的工期自年月日開(kāi)工至年月日竣工。工程均沒(méi)有超出乙方資質(zhì)證書(shū)規(guī)定的范圍。乙方正式發(fā)票后30天內(nèi)按實(shí)際完成的工作量及投標(biāo)單價(jià)一次性結(jié)算支付全部工程款項(xiàng)。程預(yù)算書(shū)，經(jīng)甲方審核確認(rèn)后，在相應(yīng)的工程進(jìn)度款付款時(shí)予以結(jié)算支付。

　　

【正文】 his project adopts the lightweight steel joist gypsum board, its craft installation as follows: 石膏板質(zhì)脆、耐水性差、易損壞、易污染，修復(fù)亦比較困難，故應(yīng)合理安排土建裝修、水暖、電氣、通風(fēng)等工序，為保護(hù)成品創(chuàng)造條件。 Because of the gypsum board’s fragility, the bad waterproof , and easy to damage, apt to pollute, and also difficult to repair.
