【導(dǎo)讀】-3-[4-嘧啶-2-氨基]苯基]-苯甲酰胺，中文別名：伊馬替尼中間體;伊瑪替尼；4-[甲基]-N-[4-甲基-3-[4--2-嘧啶基]氨基]. 商品名為格列衛(wèi)。分子式：C29H31N7O分子量：外觀：淡黃色。該藥是由瑞士諾華公司研制的一種小分子酪氨酸激酶抑制劑類抗腫。由于具有突破性的抗腫瘤作用機(jī)制，伊馬替尼于2020年獲得美國FDA. 2020年，美國FDA批準(zhǔn)本品用于胃腸道問質(zhì)細(xì)胞瘤(Gastro．Intestinal. 此外，伊馬替尼在臨床上還用于轉(zhuǎn)移胃腸道基質(zhì)瘤及。甲基哌嗪基)苯甲酰氯反應(yīng)，制得伊馬替尼[5]。3．首先，同路線1得到中間體N--4--2-哌啶胺，酰胺的合成方法不同。丙烯-1-酮產(chǎn)率很低，為了降低總合成成本而選擇最后環(huán)合。
