Longitudinal rebar joint shall give priority to mechanical joint or welded joint, and longitudinal forcebearing rebar of axial tensile and smalleccentric tensile members shall not adopt tiedup overlapping joint. 縱向鋼筋接頭宜優(yōu)先采用機械連接或焊接接頭，軸心受拉及小偏心受拉構(gòu)件的縱向受力鋼筋不得采用綁扎搭接接頭。 2. The joints of forcebearing rebar shall be set at the point bearing less stress, which shall be staggered one another. In the project, it means beam and column of frame, llE=ξ laE. llE 為考慮地震作用組合的構(gòu)件的受拉鋼筋的最小搭接長度 ,本工程指框架梁，柱 ,llE=ξ laE 3. In any case, overlapping length of forcebearing rebar shall not be less than 300mm. 在任何情況下 ,受拉鋼筋的搭接長度不應(yīng)小于 300mm. 4. In case of forcebearing rebar diameter d28mm, nonwelded overlapping joint shall not be adopted. 受力鋼筋直徑d28mm 時 ,不宜采用非焊接的搭接接頭 (4) Foundation work 基礎(chǔ)工 程 : described in detail in foundation construction 詳見基礎(chǔ)施工說明 . (5) Castinplace slab of reinforced concrete 鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆板 1. Range of bottom rebar of slab extending into bearing shall be longer than 5d, and no less than 120mm. Hook shall be additionally provided to the end for HPB235 rebar, and the end shall have no hook for HRB335 rebar. 板的底部鋼筋伸入支座 5d 且不小于 120mm,當(dāng) HPB235 鋼筋時 ,端部另設(shè)彎鉤 。當(dāng) HRB335 鋼筋時 ,端部不加彎鉤。 2. Direct hook shall be mounted to both ends of top rebar (negative rebar) in the middle of slab bearing, negative reinforcement of slab side bearing shall be extended into beam skin with protective layer thickness left. If anchorage length satisfies min anchorage length of tensile rebar, direct hook length is the same with that of another end, if not, vertical section shall be added to its end in order to meet anchorage length. For HPB235 rebar, hook shall be additionally provided to the end. In case of wider side beams, construct as per min anchorage length of tensile rebar or dimension indicated in drawings, without necessary for negative rebar to extend into beam skin. 板的中間支座上部鋼筋 (負筋 )兩端設(shè)直鉤 ,板的邊支座負筋一般應(yīng)伸至梁外皮留保護層厚度 ,錨固長度如已滿足受拉鋼筋的最小錨固長度 ,直鉤長度同另一端 ,如不滿足時 ,此端加垂直段至滿足錨固長度 .當(dāng) HPB235 鋼筋時 ,端部另設(shè)彎鉤 .當(dāng)邊梁較寬時 ,負筋不必伸至梁外皮 ,按受拉鋼筋的最小錨固長度或圖中注明尺寸施工。 3. Holes/openings in slab shall be left in advance, avoiding punching any hole/opening later. General construction layout only shows holes/openings larger than 300mm. For each type of work during construction, all holes/openings shall be left in advance as per its special drawings and in pliance with civil works, if any hole/opening is less than 300mm, rebar shall not be added to hole sides, reinforcement shall be around hole sides with continuity。 if hole dimension is larger than 300mm, reinforcement shall be additionally provided to hole sides. Construct in accordance
