Using this method in 700 186。C temperatures successfully prepared a diameter of about 80nm pure perovskite PSN nanopowder. Samples were examined by XRD, SEM, TEM and HRTEM. Access to such PSN nanoparticles mainly rely on good powder dispersion, which is caused by the bining effect of precipitant TMAH and surfactant CTAB. The article detailed discussion on formation mechanism of the pure perovskite PSN nano powder. This surfactantactivated precipitation could create a new, lowcost routes to the preparation of multiponent system of perovskite nanopowder
