【正文】 過大鼠心臟自身代償作用的調(diào)節(jié),心臟體積明顯增大,從而使其能夠獲得足夠的氧和血液等養(yǎng)料,NPRC可以正常表達,所以7天和14天后的數(shù)據(jù)顯示腎皮質(zhì)內(nèi)NPRC的表達與空白對照組無明顯差異;然而手術(shù)18天后的數(shù)據(jù)表明腎皮質(zhì)內(nèi)NPRC的表達發(fā)生了顯著的變化,與空白對照組相比,其表達量顯著上升,我們認為可能是因為心臟的體積增大后,導致一段時間內(nèi),心臟向腎臟輸送的氧和血液等養(yǎng)料比正常狀態(tài)下更豐富,導致腎皮質(zhì)內(nèi)NPRC的表達顯著上升;至于手術(shù)后28天其表達量之所以下降,是因為動物本身具有一定的自我調(diào)節(jié)和修復的能力,它會盡可能地使自身更好地適應環(huán)境,所以當大鼠的身體機能恢復正常時,其腎皮質(zhì)內(nèi)NPRC的表達量也自然與正常狀態(tài)下無明顯差異。本實驗所得數(shù)據(jù)可以為研究心臟衰竭等疾病與利鈉肽之間的聯(lián)系,尤其是心肌缺血對利鈉肽表達的影響提供一些參考依據(jù)。小結(jié)心肌缺血甚至梗死對大鼠腎皮質(zhì)內(nèi)NPRC的表達有著明顯的影響。結(jié)扎冠狀動脈后,大鼠心臟急性缺血,腎皮質(zhì)內(nèi)NPRC的表達發(fā)生了明顯的變化,其表達量明顯降低;經(jīng)代償作用調(diào)節(jié)大鼠心臟功能恢復正常,其表達量也恢復正常。冠脈結(jié)扎后的急性心肌缺血迅速影響了腎皮質(zhì)內(nèi)NPRC的表達,是缺血心肌應激反應之一。本實驗證實了心肌缺血對大鼠腎皮質(zhì)內(nèi)NPRC的表達有一定的影響。為研究心臟衰竭等疾病與利鈉肽之間的聯(lián)系,尤其是心肌缺血對利鈉肽表達的影響提供一些參考依據(jù)。參考文獻1. Methods:Twentyfour adult male SD rats randomly divided into TTC staining group and Experimental group. After the animal model to survive in a quiet environment, 3,7,14,18,28 days, respectively. After weighing animals after intraperitoneal injection of sodium pentobarbital anesthesia (60 mg / kg ip.). Washed with cold saline perfusion of blood. Abdominal cavity was opened quickly remove the kidneys, and go under the renal cortex. Western Blot Detection of NPRC protein expression.Results: Within 3 days after renal NPRC protein expression was significantly reduced, 7 days after surgery had higher than the control group, after 14 days is very close to the control group, after 18 days of its expression was higher in control group Many, after 28 days, very close to the control group. Sham NPRC protein expression close to the control group.Conclusion:The experiment result display that the NPRC protein expression of the cortex renis changed after coronary artery occlusion,that is one of the stress response in ischemic myocardium.
