It also speeds up reshaping the global order.面對(duì)當(dāng)前形勢(shì)，作為當(dāng)今全球兩大經(jīng)濟(jì)體，作為兩支正在上升的政治力量，作為人類文明的兩大發(fā)祥地，中歐關(guān)系已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超越雙邊范疇，具有越來(lái)越重要的全球戰(zhàn)略意義。Under such circumstances, China and Europe, as two major economies, political forces and cultural sources of the world, have witnessed their relationship transceding bilateral scope and obtaining greater global and strategic significance.中歐加強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)合作，抵御危機(jī)風(fēng)暴，攜手共同向前，將極大提振國(guó)際社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作、克服金融危機(jī)的信心，對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)意義重大；將有力推動(dòng)國(guó)際秩序朝著公正合理的方向演變，對(duì)促進(jìn)世界和平穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮積極作用；將持續(xù)帶動(dòng)全人類的發(fā)展進(jìn)步，對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧美好的世界做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。Our coordination and cooperation, on the economic side, will boost the world39。s confidence in overing the difficulties brought about by the crisis and help ensure economic stability and recovery。 on the political side, will promote the transition of global order in the direction of justice and fairness and serve the interest of world peace and development。 and on the cultural side, will advocate constant progress of humanity towards a better and harmonious world.我們的手必須握得更緊，不能放松。中歐關(guān)系的發(fā)展正處在一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的歷史性時(shí)刻，依靠陳舊的思維、狹窄的視野、慣常的舉措，無(wú)法推動(dòng)中歐關(guān)系闊步前行。此時(shí)此刻，我們最需要的是歷史的遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)、博大的胸襟、機(jī)敏的智慧和果敢的決斷。我相信，中歐雙方在這一特殊時(shí)刻都將展現(xiàn)出這些優(yōu)秀的素質(zhì)，密切協(xié)作，求同存異，共同努力，推動(dòng)中歐全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系不斷向前發(fā)展。At this juncture, our hands must hold tighter. At this juncture, we need historical insight, crossboard vision, astute wisdom and resolute decision. I am sure that we have such qualities and will apply them to pushing forward our prehensive and strategic partnership.中歐雙方都高度重視即將舉行的第十一次中歐領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)晤。在當(dāng)前國(guó)際背景下舉行的這次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)晤，具有承前啟后、繼往開(kāi)來(lái)的重要意義。中方與歐盟輪值主席國(guó)捷克及歐盟機(jī)構(gòu)方面始終保持密切聯(lián)系，共同為會(huì)晤成功舉行進(jìn)行了一系列積極的準(zhǔn)備工作。Tomorrow, the 11th ChinaEU summit will be an event important for both sides. It is of special importance given the current global background. Under the storm of the financial crisis, we all understand better that our cooperation means a lot to us and to the world. The Chinese side has maintained close contact with the EU Presidency and the European Commission in preparation of the summit.雙方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人將就推動(dòng)新形勢(shì)下中歐全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系發(fā)展深入交換看法，就共同應(yīng)對(duì)金融危機(jī)、氣候變化等全球性挑戰(zhàn)廣泛交換意見(jiàn)。在經(jīng)歷金融危機(jī)風(fēng)雨洗禮后，雙方都進(jìn)一步加深了中歐合作對(duì)于各自以及世界發(fā)展重要意義的理解。雙方都愿意站得更高一些，看得更遠(yuǎn)一些，通過(guò)高層會(huì)晤就加強(qiáng)各領(lǐng)域合作達(dá)成廣泛共識(shí)，為中歐關(guān)系發(fā)展注入新的動(dòng)力，向國(guó)際社會(huì)發(fā)出積極的信號(hào)，使中歐關(guān)系的戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)涵和全球意義得到更好的體現(xiàn)。我相信，此次會(huì)晤將取得圓滿成功，成為中歐關(guān)系發(fā)展史上又一座重要里程碑。Leaders from both sides will exchange ideas on promoting our partnership as well as meeting challenges from the financial crisis, climate change and other international issues. We are expected to stand higher and look farther, and on this occasion of toplevel contact, reach more consensus and agreement on stepping up our cooperation. If so, the summit will infuse more vitality into our relations. It will send a positive signal to the international munity. It will testify the strategic nature and global significance of our partnership.
