However, for some kinds of reason, little changes occurred to the growthmode of northeast old industrial base economy. The industrial structure upgrades slowly and the whole area shows something of stagnation recently. The paper bases on the optimizing and upgrading of industrial structure, analyzing the measures to realize the northeast old industrial base’s rejuvenation.
