However, this method not only consume a large amount of human and financial resources, and also easily make mistakes. Furthermore, present warehouse operations and inventory control operations are quite diversified and plex, which only rely on artificial memory and processing will be very difficult. High error rate of transaction record can cause time wasting and capital increasing. Therefore, modern management concept and system are necessary for a hotel whom want survive in this intense petition conditions.So, this article chooses a modern hotel warehouse management system as the design topic. This system is based on puter information technology, and use Excel software to store the records which has many convenience and advantages. It can quickly reflect the information for transaction record, save human and material recourses, improve the working conditions, reduced the labor intensity, and print conveniently.
