Therefore, modern management concept and system are necessary for a hotel whom want survive in this intense petition conditions.So, this article chooses a modern hotel warehouse management system as the design topic. This system is based on puter information technology, and use Excel software to store the records which has many convenience and advantages. It can quickly reflect the information for transaction record, save human and material recourses, improve the working conditions, reduced the labor intensity, and print conveniently.
