【正文】 看出在成熟階段雖然轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至我院NICU的危重病人數(shù)量增多，%%，早產(chǎn)兒、超低出生體重兒以及新生兒重度窒息等危重疾病的臨床治愈率較前階段明顯提高，接近發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家水平，這得益于ANTN的進(jìn)步、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)質(zhì)量的提高和NICU的發(fā)展，特別是中心NICU的整體技術(shù)水平提高；得益于中心NICU規(guī)范化管理和科學(xué)診療方案的建立以及在網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)甚至區(qū)域內(nèi)的不斷推廣[]。因此，中心NICU在ANTN中有利于加強(qiáng)危重新生兒轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的組織建設(shè)和提高救治效果，有利于充分保證新生兒轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)質(zhì)量進(jìn)步提高、網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展及相互促進(jìn)的良性循環(huán)，有利于達(dá)到最大限度降低新生兒死亡率的目的。盡管，本ANTN的發(fā)展和成績(jī)顯著，但我們已經(jīng)看到其在結(jié)構(gòu)、形式和內(nèi)容方面還有很多需要改進(jìn)之處。其普及范圍尚小，僅限于北京周邊地區(qū)；其影響力還有待于進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大，部分國(guó)內(nèi)同行對(duì)ANTN模式的認(rèn)識(shí)還不夠；中心NICU還應(yīng)發(fā)揮其更大的作用，幫助和帶動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)各級(jí)NICU的發(fā)展；長(zhǎng)期預(yù)后還有待于隨訪，在降低新生兒死亡率的同時(shí)，進(jìn)一步降低其致殘率。另外我們開展的宮內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的比例還較少（%）,有研究表明開展宮內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)，將高危產(chǎn)婦轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至三級(jí)圍產(chǎn)醫(yī)學(xué)中心可能是有效降低新生兒HIE或顱內(nèi)出血的發(fā)生率的措施之一 []。參考文獻(xiàn)[1] 封志純，王斌，黃為民等。區(qū)域性新生兒轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)幾種模式比較. 中華圍產(chǎn)醫(yī)學(xué)雜志,2000，3：127128.[2] Kempley ST, Sinha AK, Thames Regional Perinatal Group.
