【正文】 基礎(chǔ)知識的社會普及力度，使人們知法、懂法、守法、用法、尚法，自覺約束自身行為，積極發(fā)揮法律的社會調(diào)節(jié)作用，形成良好的法治環(huán)境，為維護(hù)群眾利益而服務(wù)。（2）規(guī)范社會傳媒作用，強(qiáng)化社會監(jiān)督建設(shè)鑒于現(xiàn)今社會傳媒對人們生活的具體影響作用，必須要重視對傳媒行業(yè)的規(guī)范和引導(dǎo)，在法律允許的范圍內(nèi)提高傳媒報(bào)道的獨(dú)立自主性，增強(qiáng)其對于民意和民智的反映和對政府行為的監(jiān)督力度，提供除政府自身和法律之外來自第三方力量的監(jiān)督，既有利于加強(qiáng)政府信息公開的平臺建設(shè)，拓寬群眾參政議政渠道，又有利于政府及時(shí)了解群眾需求，調(diào)整自己的政策來提高政府的績效和權(quán)威，從而從根本上鞏固政權(quán)和促進(jìn)社會民主政治的進(jìn)步。綜上所述，現(xiàn)今世界民主政治中，政府公信力的建設(shè)已成為各國政府建設(shè)成敗的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其對政權(quán)的合法性和政府職能的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有重大的影響作用。因此，作為新型民主制國家的中國，正確的認(rèn)識和解決我國當(dāng)前的公信力現(xiàn)狀中的政府效率低下、信息透明性缺乏和權(quán)力腐敗普遍等關(guān)鍵性問題，提高政府的公信力和社會群眾的政治素質(zhì)將對我們構(gòu)建和諧的社會主義政治文明建設(shè)具有重要的推動作用。參考文獻(xiàn)：[1] 朱光磊，[J].中國人民大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)， 201103：122[2] [J].魅力中國，2011，（8）：65[3] 李 ：內(nèi)涵、弱化與提高[J].山西青年管理干部學(xué)院學(xué)報(bào)，201103：63[4] 馬月嬋，[J].法制與社會，201103，（上）：152[5] [J].政治與法治，200701：26[6] [J].東北師范大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)（哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)版），2011（5）：189[7] [J].現(xiàn)代企業(yè)文化，2008（17）：11Analysis on the present situation and countermeasure of Government credibilityCHEN Jiangtao(Grade 2008, College of Educational Science，Weinan teachers university)Abstract: The credibility of the Government is an important manifestation of social evaluation of public administration, its legitimacy for government power and smooth organization of social activities have a significant impact in the area.
