【正文】 ysician: Dr. Shi, Please report the case briefly to the director. ? 主治醫(yī)生： 史醫(yī)生，請向主任簡短報告病例。 ? Intern: OK. This is a 50yearold male, who was admitted to our hospital in Jun. 2nd, 2022 because of recurrent attacks of pain in the neck and shoulder for six year, soreness and numbness in the left upper extremity and decrease of hand strength for one month and getting worse for one week. He also has a pain in his left chest. He is a cadre in Beijing University who needs long terms of deskwork. The patient had no obvious trauma history recently and no spinal disease previously. No special for other histories. The blood, urine routine analysis, the ECG and electrolyte analysis are all normal. Upon physical examination, stiffness of the neck muscle and tenderness around spinous process in C5C7 were evident. The muscle force and tender reflex of left biceps brachii muscle were reduced. Stretching test of brachial plexus nerve and crushing test of intervertebral foramen were positive. Plain Xray showed decrease of cervical curve, stenosis of intervertebral space of C5C6 and hyperplasia of vertebral edge. Upon spine MRI films a paramedian left C5C6 disc herniation and radical pression are depicted. That39。s all for this case. 六、存在的問題和采取的措施 ? 由于推拿臨床雙語 (英語 )查房教學課程的建設是一項全新的工作，對英語的水平要求較高，這就給我們的工作帶來了很大的困難。 ? 雖然，項目負責人在此方面有多年的外賓教學經(jīng)驗，但非外語專業(yè)人員，而且加之教學任務繁重，時間急促，故缺點和錯誤難免，希望進一步得到學校外語中心的指導和幫助 。 七、經(jīng)費的使用情況 ?目前經(jīng)費已用 80%，主要用于調(diào)研、日常消耗性材料、文件復印、打印、購置相關專業(yè)參考書籍等費用。 ?沒有經(jīng)費購置專用的軟件 ?請教相關專家的勞務費用尚欠。 鳴 謝 ?教務處 ?針灸推拿學院 ?外語教學中心 THANK YOU
