【正文】 eds. Party A may withdraw, amend or rescind the request for transportation arrangement prior to the mencement of Transportation Services provided by Party B without Party B’s content. Party B shall confirm by or facsimile within 2 hours following its receipt of such request. Once confirmed, Party B shall ensure the provision of the requested vehicles on time. Thereafter, Party B shall issue the consignment note, which shall bee effective and constitute a part of this Contract upon its signing by the representative of Party A. In case of emergency, Party A, if it needs vehicles for transportation unexpectedly, shall give Party B a 4 hours prior notice to request goods transportation arrangement and Party B shall confirm by or facsimile within half an hour following its receipt of such request. Once confirmed, Party B shall ensure the provision of the requested vehicles on time. Thereafter, Party B shall issue the consignment note, which shall bee effective and constitute a part of this Contract upon its signing by the representative of Party A. 在任何一個托運單的貨物起運之前，甲方可隨時解除該托運單，且免于承擔任何責任，乙方應(yīng)取消該單運費。如果一份托運單要求分批次運輸，則甲方可在第一批次貨物起運之前，隨時解除該托運單的全部，也可在任何一批次貨物起運前隨時解除該批次貨物的運輸。在此情況下，甲方應(yīng)免于承擔任何責任，乙方應(yīng)取消相應(yīng)的運費，并將雙方確認的托運單返還給甲方。Before shipment of goods under any consignment note, Party A may, at any time, terminate the consignment note without any liability. Upon Party A’s termination of the consignment note, Party B shall cancel the transportation charges for such shipment. If a consignment note provides for multiple shipments, Party A may terminate the whole consignment note before the first shipment of the goods or may terminate any shipment under the consignment note before the relevant shipment takes place and under such circumstances, Party A shall have no liability and Party B shall cancel the relevant transportation charges.
