【正文】 immediately the other party of such occurrence and within 14 days thereafter, shall send by airmail the detailed information of the accident and a certificate issued by the Competent Government Authorities of the place where the accident occurs. The other party shall not claim any penalty for the losses suffered there from, but the party who encounters the accident shall still be liable to execute the Contract within the deferred time of the Contract as agreed upon by both parties. In case any delay arising there from lasts for more than 4 weeks, the other party shall have the right to cancel the Contract, and notify the party who encounters the accident in writing.(18) 仲裁: 凡有關(guān)本合同或執(zhí)行本合同而發(fā)生的一切爭(zhēng)執(zhí)，應(yīng)通過(guò)友好協(xié)商解決，如不能解決，則應(yīng)提交中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)，按照其規(guī)定的仲裁程序運(yùn)用中國(guó)法律和國(guó)際慣例在中國(guó)北京/上海/深圳 進(jìn)行仲裁，該仲裁委員會(huì)做出的裁決是最終的，買賣雙方均應(yīng)受其約束。仲裁費(fèi)用由敗訴一方負(fù)擔(dān)。Arbitration: All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution thereof shall be settled through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiations, the case should then be submitted for arbitration to the International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission of China in accordance with china’s laws and international practices when applying its Rules of Procedure.
