【正文】 頭裝卸費(fèi)以及為保管退貨而發(fā)生的一切其他必要費(fèi)用。Inspection amp。Guarantee of Quality: The Sellers shall guarantee that the goods is made of the best materials, with first class workmanship, brand new, unused and in conformity to all respects with the quality, specification and performance as stipulated in this contract. The Sellers must install and test the goods and train the users and bear all the expenses. The guarantee period shall be12months counting from the date on which the goods are be installed and accepted .And the sellers shall upon request of the buyers repair pletely or failing to do so replace the said equipment immediately. (15)檢驗(yàn)與索賠條款： 賣(mài)方須提供關(guān)于貨物的品質(zhì)、數(shù)量、重量的規(guī)格檢驗(yàn)書(shū)，買(mǎi)方在貨物進(jìn)口后有復(fù)檢的權(quán)利，如復(fù)檢后在品質(zhì)、數(shù)量、重量規(guī)格方面不符合合同規(guī)定，買(mǎi)方在卸貨后180天內(nèi)憑中國(guó)商檢證向賣(mài)方提出索賠。貨物的保證期貨物驗(yàn)收之日起12個(gè)月。Shipping Advice: Immediately the goods are pletely loaded, the Sellers shall send by fax a copy of Bill of Lading, invoice and packing list within 2 days. In case the goods are not insured in time owing to the Sellers having failed to give timely advice, any consequent loss shall be borne by the Sellers.(14)質(zhì)量保證： 賣(mài)方保證貨物采用最好的和未用過(guò)的全新材料，第一流制造工藝， 其成品質(zhì)量、規(guī)格和性能與本合同規(guī)定相符。 In case of no wooden packing , Invoice and Packing List must state No Solid Wooden Packing Material.The Sellers shall Fax one set of the abovementioned documents to the Buyers within 2 days after the shipment.(13)裝運(yùn)通知：貨物全部裝運(yùn)后，賣(mài)方應(yīng)在2天之內(nèi)傳真買(mǎi)方一份副本提單、發(fā)票、裝箱單。Documents: Clean Airway bill ,marked “Freight Prepaid” and consignee to the buyer.Two copies of invoice, indicating contract number and shipping markTwo copies of Packing List, indicting shipping weight and dimensionTwo copies of Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Quality and Quantity issued by the seller / Beneficiary。 由保險(xiǎn)公司出具的按合同價(jià)110%保險(xiǎn)的單據(jù)包括戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)險(xiǎn)和一切險(xiǎn). 賣(mài)方或者LC受益人必須出具木質(zhì)包裝刷有IPPC標(biāo)識(shí)的證明或無(wú)木質(zhì)包裝物種類(lèi)。 裝箱單兩份：注明發(fā)貨重量和尺寸。Insurance: To be covered by the Sellers for 110% of the invoice value against All Risks /War Risks . If the cargo is damaged in the period of shipment, the Buyers will claim against the insurance pany.(12)
