Associates can reserve any type of room depending on the availability of that room and will deduct the acmodation charges from the benefits that the associates received.員工可以基于住房率情況預(yù)定任何房型并從免費住房金額中扣除。5. In the case of staying beyond the given benefits, the hotel will charge at the rate of 50% of rack rate.如果員工使用金額超過免費住房金額,酒店將按照門市價的50%計算超出的房費價格。6. Associates and their family will have 50% discount from the prices listed in the menu for foods and beverages during the stay by using the received benefits.員工和其佳人在入住期間可以享受50%的餐飲折扣7. The benefits can be transferred to parents or brothers and sisters who e to visit the associates in the hotel that he/she is working at, who will not be able to use more than 5 room nights a year.該福利可以被使用于員工的父母、配偶、子女和兄弟姐妹到其工作的酒店探訪,僅限于每年五個房晚。8. Unused benefits can be kept for one year. For example, the benefits for 2005 can used in year 2005 and year 2006 沒有使用的免費住房金額可以保留一年,如:2005年的福利可以在2005年和2006年使用。 10. Benefits received cannot be changed into cash. 該福利不可以兌換成現(xiàn)金。 11. Reservation for acmodation has to be confirmed within 30 days before check in date so that the General Manager in certain hotel will be able to estimate the number of guest during that period. 為方便酒店總經(jīng)理確定該段時間內(nèi)入住該酒店的客人數(shù)量,員工必須在入住前30天提前預(yù)訂。Reservation Process預(yù)訂程序1. Request for the reservation of acmodation form from the Human Resources Department. Fill in the form with signature.到人力資源部領(lǐng)取預(yù)定表,填寫表格并簽名。2. Hand in the form to the Human Resources Manager for verification and to plete all information.將表格交給人力資源部經(jīng)理確認(rèn)并補充所有信息。3. HR Manger signs the form and processes through to the General Manger for confirmation of sign in.人力資源部經(jīng)理簽字并呈交總經(jīng)理簽字認(rèn)可。4. Fax to the General Manger of the hotel that associates want to stay for confirmation of sign in.將表格傳真到員工選擇入住的酒店總經(jīng)理并得到其簽字認(rèn)可。5. The form will be sent back with the signature of the General Manger and stamp with confirmation of the reservation.表格將在對方酒店總經(jīng)理簽字確認(rèn)并加蓋預(yù)定確認(rèn)章后,傳真回人力資源部。6. In the case that associates cannot stay during the stated period of time, the hotel will send back the form with an explanation where associates may have to change the date of arrival or change the type of room and then go through step 5) and 6) again.如果員工選擇的日期不能被認(rèn)可,對方酒店將會注明可能需要的行程改變,日期或是房間類型,然后再重復(fù)步驟五和步驟六。The hotel reserves the rights to adapt, change or cancel these policies at all times.酒店保留采用、更改或刪除該政策的權(quán)利。Special Occasions特殊活動Birthday 生日The hotel will provide a birthday gift. Moreover, the hotel will provide a party for the associates to celebrate with the Management every month for those who have their birthdays。 the budget will prove within RMB 60 per associate’s birthday.酒店將贈送過生日的員工生日禮物,并且,管理層每個月將為員工舉辦一次生日聚會,預(yù)算開支在人民幣60元/人以內(nèi)。Gifts for Sickness and Accidents生病員工和發(fā)生意外員工的探訪In the case that an associate gets sick or gets into an accident and will have to stay in a hospital or deliver a child, the hotel will provide a gift, which will be either a bouquet of flowers or a basket of fruit.生病住院的員工和發(fā)生意外或生育而住院的員工將得到酒店探訪,酒店還會贈送一束鮮花或是一籃水果。Funeral Contribution葬禮In the case of a father, mother, spouse or child of associate has passed away。 the hotel will provide a fund of 500RMB.
