【正文】 福利委員會(huì)地組織辦法另定，第六十二條 本公司從業(yè)人員可享受本公司一切福利設(shè)施.第六十三條 本公司為協(xié)助同仁解決困難，為溝通上下意見(jiàn)起見(jiàn)，特設(shè)立“從業(yè)人員建議制度”.第六十四條 本公司行政部門(mén)，均設(shè)置意見(jiàn)箱，無(wú)法由直屬主管或同一部門(mén)同仁協(xié)助解決，必須由上級(jí)主管或其他部門(mén)人員協(xié)助者，或?qū)灸稠?xiàng)措施未能滿意提出申訴者，或發(fā)現(xiàn)有人營(yíng)私舞弊等不法事情而有證據(jù)擬予檢舉者，或根據(jù)平時(shí)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、學(xué)識(shí)及研究心得，對(duì)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理等提供建設(shè)性地建議者，均可以書(shū)面列具理由、事實(shí)、內(nèi)容等投入意見(jiàn)箱內(nèi)，不便以書(shū)面說(shuō)明而須以口頭報(bào)告者，可先以簡(jiǎn)略報(bào)告述明理由，投入意見(jiàn)箱內(nèi)，等高級(jí)主管人員拆閱后，第六十五條 提供意見(jiàn)人必須簽其真名，填明服務(wù)部門(mén)，檢舉人應(yīng)負(fù)法律責(zé)任，如查明系私怨捏造事實(shí)，惡意中傷誣告者，除被害人可依法訴辦外，第六十六條 本公司對(duì)提供地意見(jiàn)，經(jīng)采納施行后，經(jīng)查明屬實(shí)者，除對(duì)檢舉人酌情給予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)外，（十）附則第六十七條 本辦法經(jīng)董事會(huì)通過(guò)后施行，修正時(shí)亦同. 版權(quán)申明本文部分內(nèi)容，包括文字、圖片、以及設(shè)計(jì)等在網(wǎng)上搜集整理。版權(quán)為張儉個(gè)人所有This article includes some parts, including text, pictures, and design.
