(4) 施工中已對(duì)風(fēng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)、檢驗(yàn)，并已簽發(fā)了驗(yàn)收合格報(bào)告。 The ventilation system had been tested and inspected and issued with acceptance report. 操作工藝： Operation technical: (1) 選擇保溫材料應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)： Pay attention to the following points when select the insulation material: 選擇保隔熱材料一定要符合溫度要求 The heat insulating material shall satisfy the temperature requirements。 隔熱材料的導(dǎo)熱 性能 低 The thermal conductivity of heat insulating material shall be low。 具有耐水性、吸濕性小 Has fine water resistant and low hygroscopicity 便于施工 ……千錘百煉，軍工品質(zhì) —— 永昇中央空調(diào)…… PAGE 30 船用空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)安裝施工工藝規(guī)范 Easy to construction 不易燃燒，最好為非燃或難燃材料 Unease to burn, the nonbustible material is best (2) 保溫層厚 度，材料應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)要求選定。 The thickness of insulation layer shall be according to the design requirements. (3) 常用保溫方法： Normal insulation method: 粘貼法：將風(fēng)管表面清除油污、灰塵、鐵銹、焊渣等涂刷粘貼材料，應(yīng)均勻地分布在風(fēng)管和設(shè)備的外表面上，隔熱層與風(fēng)管及設(shè)備表面應(yīng)緊密貼合。隔熱層的縱橫間接縫應(yīng)錯(cuò)開；隔熱層粘貼后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行包扎或捆扎，包扎的搭接處應(yīng)均勻貼緊，捆扎時(shí)不得 破壞 隔熱層。 Stick: Clean out the oil dirty, dust, rust and weld spatter on the surface of air duct then brushed with stick material which shall be distributed uniformly to the surface of air duct and equipment。 the insulation layer shall be jointed to the surface of air duct and equipment closely. The vertical and horizontal joint of insulation layer shall be staggered。 after the insulation layer is sticked it shall be tied up or packed, the joint shall be even and close, do not damage the insulation during packing. 碰釘固定法：適用于帶鋁箔的離心玻璃棉、巖棉等。將風(fēng) 管 表面清除油污、灰塵、鐵銹、焊渣 等 后，每隔 20cm 涂刷粘貼材料，待碰釘粘結(jié)材料固化 12 小時(shí)后，方可安裝保溫材料。將保溫釘穿過保溫材料，注意不要碰彎或碰倒，將保溫材料緊貼風(fēng)管后用配套壓片將只溫材料壓緊。隔熱層的縱橫間接縫應(yīng)錯(cuò)
