【正文】 濟的核心； 其次，在知識經(jīng)濟條件下，創(chuàng)新型人才的水平和數(shù)量的競爭 越來越成為世界各國綜合國力競爭的主要方面 ；第三， 創(chuàng)新意識 教育是培養(yǎng)民族創(chuàng)新精神的主要 內(nèi)容和途徑 ；第四，創(chuàng)新是教育改革的焦點和核心， 是 實施科技興國戰(zhàn)略和素質(zhì)教育 的必由之路 。 二、推廣創(chuàng)新意識教育 立足素質(zhì)教育的要求 創(chuàng)新教育 是當今知識經(jīng)濟時代學校教育的主題，也是素質(zhì)教育不可或缺的重要組成部分。它通過對傳統(tǒng)教育的 弘 揚 、探索，充分 挖掘人的創(chuàng)新潛能 ，發(fā)揚 人的 主體精神 ， 促進人的個性和諧 及全面發(fā)展 ，從而 構(gòu)建一種新的教育理論與 教育 模式。 教學 創(chuàng)新 是現(xiàn)代 教育的核心目標， 因此 對創(chuàng)新教育的探索與實踐定將有力地推動教育改革的深化， 并能 更好地促進素質(zhì)教育的實施 [23]。 而 作為 素質(zhì) 教育 中 的 一個學科 —— 科學 教育 ， 在其中推廣創(chuàng)新意識教育最為重要的意義在于通過創(chuàng)新意識教育能夠更好地提高學生的科學素養(yǎng)，在培養(yǎng)學生科學素養(yǎng)的同時培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新精神與創(chuàng)新能力。此外在培養(yǎng)能力時 ，應 注意 結(jié)合學生的年齡特點和科學學科的特點，遵循 學生的 認知 發(fā)展 規(guī)律， 通過 創(chuàng)設問題情境，激發(fā) 學生的 創(chuàng)造性思維，盡力為 學生營造創(chuàng)新 的 氛圍， 使 學生在自主學習 的過程 中學會創(chuàng)新 。 提出在科學教育中實施創(chuàng)新意識教育 提高學生科學創(chuàng)新能力 的合理性建議 在科學教育中通過創(chuàng)新意識教育提高學生的創(chuàng)新能力的方法： 一、建立平等、民主的師生關系。尊重學生，在民主、和諧的教學氣氛下激發(fā)學生的創(chuàng)新興趣。 二、激發(fā)學生的科學探究興趣?？茖W探究作為培養(yǎng)科學觀念與能力的最關鍵的途徑，也是培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神與實踐能力最有效的手段。在教學活動中要讓學生體會探究成功的喜悅，從而激發(fā)學生的自主探究。 三、培養(yǎng)學生的問題意識。問題是學生進行創(chuàng)新活動的起點，所以在教 學活動中要培養(yǎng)學生大膽提出問題，敢于質(zhì)疑的科學精神。 四、鍛煉學生的科學意志。 創(chuàng) 新 活動需要借助決心和毅力 ，在 教學中 合理設置 一些障礙 ， 讓學生感受到挫折 ， 嘗到越過障礙獲得成功的體驗從而培養(yǎng)學生頑強的毅力 。 科學教育中創(chuàng)新意識教育與學生性格培養(yǎng)研究 18 五、創(chuàng)新教學方法。教師應該積極發(fā)揮創(chuàng)新意識教育中引導者、示范者的作用，通過創(chuàng)新教學方法，挑選適合的教學方法教育學生，使其形成創(chuàng)新精神，提高創(chuàng)新能力。 參考文獻 [1]曾琦 .二十世紀我國科學教育 [J].學科教育， 1999， （ 8） .
