【正文】 The ideal practitionerpatient relationship is a partnership that encourages patient autonomy and values the needs and insights of both parties. A good relationship between the patient and practitioner is essential to the healing process. 理想的醫(yī)患關(guān)系是一個(gè)伙伴關(guān)系，能夠鼓勵(lì)病人，增加雙方的溝通。良好的醫(yī)患關(guān)系是疾病康復(fù)過程的基礎(chǔ)。 Individuality 人性化 Focus care on the unique needs and nature of the person who has an illness rather than the illness that has the person. 關(guān)注病人的需求和特征比關(guān)注他的疾病更為重要。 Teaching by example 通過病例的傳授 Continually work toward the personal incorporation of the principles of holistic health, which then profoundly influence the quality of the healing relationship. 在不斷的工作中 ,運(yùn)用整體醫(yī)學(xué)的原則，感受使用這些原則對(duì)疾病恢復(fù)的深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 Learning Opportunities 不斷地從臨床實(shí)踐中學(xué)習(xí) All life experiences including birth, joy, suffering, and dying process are profound learning opportunities for both their patients and health care practitioners. 所有的生命的體驗(yàn)：包括生、死、享樂、痛苦，對(duì)于醫(yī)患雙方都是極為有意義的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。 整體醫(yī)學(xué)的雛形 1. 強(qiáng)調(diào)整體的健康觀； 2. 治療的出發(fā)點(diǎn)是激發(fā)自然治愈力； 3. 治療疾病的主角是患者本身，治療者為援助者； 4. 主張各種治療方法綜合起來加以應(yīng)用。 整體醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展前景 整體醫(yī)學(xué)的原則應(yīng)該是每一個(gè)臨床醫(yī)生努 力掌握和具備的。 對(duì)于各種慢病和多種疾病于一身的病人 來說，整體醫(yī)學(xué)的意義極為重大。 整體醫(yī)學(xué)涉及的范圍極廣，從預(yù)防到 治療；從精神到軀體；從藥物、手術(shù)治 療到心理、精神領(lǐng)域的干預(yù)。 將越來越廣泛地受到醫(yī)生、患者和全社會(huì) 相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的共同關(guān)注。 謝謝各位！
