【正文】 紀公司交易的是黃金和黃金的衍生品。由于我國黃金市場進入交易所市場僅有幾年的時間，因此，對于黃金經(jīng)紀業(yè)務還處于初級階段，作為黃金經(jīng)紀公司，還沒有形成系統(tǒng)營銷策略應用階段，大家都在零星地參照證券和期貨經(jīng)紀公司的營銷模式，摸著石頭過河。但是，由于交易標的不同，黃金和黃金行業(yè)具有它獨特的特點。 研究本文的主要目的在于，通過對 H 投資公司的營銷現(xiàn)狀分析，找出目前公司存在的問題，提出相應的營銷對策，也為同行企業(yè)的營銷策略的制定提供相應的依據(jù)。 H 投資公司目前存在的營銷問題有：市場營銷缺乏系統(tǒng)性；營銷組織結構不穩(wěn)定；人 員穩(wěn)定性較差等。本人本人認為可以從以下幾個方面改進：制定以客戶為中心的營銷策略；建立屬于自己的營銷渠道；改進營銷組合策略；建立更加穩(wěn)定的營銷團隊等。 本人雖然對 H 投資公司的營銷改進提出了一些看法和思路，但是，只是一些簡要的概述，具體把理論應用到實踐中去，應該是下一步應該研究的重點。 由于本人學識有限、閱歷不足，對這一問題的分析得不夠深入，文中的不足和錯誤之處還請老師批評指正。 洛陽理工學院畢業(yè)設計（論文） 27 謝 辭 經(jīng)過幾個月的查資料、整理材料、論文寫作，論文終于可以收尾了。 論文得以完成，要感謝的人實在太多了，首先要感謝我的指 導老師呂化周教授，因為論文是在呂老師的悉心指導下完成的。我這次論文寫作是比較麻煩的，開始的選題不恰當，后來更換了題目，這個過程中自然給老師添了不少麻煩。 呂老師淵博的專業(yè)知識，嚴謹?shù)闹螌W態(tài)度對我有很大的影響。呂老師指引我的論文的寫作的方向和構架，并對本論文提綱指正出其中謬誤之處，使我有了寫作的大致方向，他不拘一格的思路給予我不少啟迪。 其次，要感謝論文組的老師們和我的同學朋友們，在整個的論文寫作中，各位老師、同學和朋友積極的幫助我查資料和提供有利于論文寫作的建議和意見，在他們的幫助下，論文得以不斷的完善，最 終幫助我完成整個論文。 另外，要感謝在大學期間所有傳授我知識的老師，是你們的悉心教導使我有了良好的專業(yè)課知識，這也是論文得以完成的基礎。通過此次的論文，我學到了很多知識，跨越了傳統(tǒng)方式下的教與學的體制束縛，在論文的寫作過程中，通過查資料和搜集有關的文獻，培養(yǎng)了自學能力和動手能力。并且由原先的被動的接受知識轉(zhuǎn)換為主動的尋求知識，這可以說是學習方法上的一個很大的突破。在以往的傳統(tǒng)的學習模式下，我們可能會記住很多的書本知識，但是通過畢業(yè)論文，我們學會了如何將學到的知識轉(zhuǎn)化為自己的東西，學會了怎么更好的處理知識和實 踐相結合的問題。在論文的寫作過程中也學到了做任何事情所要有的態(tài)度和心態(tài)，首先我明白了做學問要一絲不茍，對于出現(xiàn)的任何問題和偏差都不要輕視，要通過正確的途徑去解決，在做事情的過程中要有耐心和毅力，不要一遇到困難就打退堂鼓，只要堅持下去就可以找到思路去解決問題的。在工作中要學會與人合作的態(tài)度，認真聽取別人的意見，這樣做起事情來就可以事倍功半。 總之，此次論文的寫作過程，我收獲了很多。此次論文的完成既為大學四年劃上了一個完美的句號，也為將來的人生之路做好了一個很好的鋪墊。 洛陽理工學院畢業(yè)設計（論文） 28 再次由衷地感謝 我的指導老師，在大學傳授給我知識的老師以及給我?guī)椭凸膭畹耐瑢W和朋友，謝謝你們！ 洛陽理工學院畢業(yè)設計（論文） 29 參考文獻 [1] reputation and entry deterrence [J].Journal of Economic Theory, 1982 [2]Sobel theory of credibility[J].
