A large number of inventory backlog serious impact on the ine of the enterprise, restrict the further development of the enterprise. License to clothing enterprise, shortage of raw materials will affect the production progress, lead to the increase of the cost, delivery not in time。 For clothing wholesale and retail enterprises, because demand is not stable, rapid replenishment requirements, such as inventory management level will directly affect the actual profit and core petitiveness of the enterprise. The inventory for clothing enterprises is an essential part of it is the assurance of timely delivery, also is inevitable in the process of production and sales of the intermediate links, but stock take fund, improve the management risk, so the inventory management is vital for the success of the clothing enterprise management. Inventory management as an important part of enterprise management clothing, has high research value. The purpose of this paper is to from the perspective of clothing enterprise, to explore suitable for garment enterprises in our country actual situation of inventory management of inventory management in the domestic garment enterprises to provide the beneficial reference. In order to achieve this goal, this article used the literature at home and abroad as the foundation, through deep research and analysis of the clothing market, when the warehouse keeper and himself in the clothing enterprise of experience. Article mainly adopts the method of bining theory and case of the clothing business inventories are discussed the reasons of unreasonable production and its problems. And aimed at these problems puts forward the feasible solution. Specific content is as follows: The first chapter elaborated the paper research background, this paper introduces the research significance and purpose of the paper. The second chapter presents the basic concept of clothing enterprise inventory and to emphasize its importance. The third chapter by using the basic theory of this paper expounds the problems existing in the clothing enterprise inventory management control. The fourth chapter the use of theory and cases in this paper, the effective way to control the inventory. Elaborated the paper research conclusion.
