The L/C must reach the sellers before May 20. 36 四、不同結(jié)算方式結(jié)合使用的支付條款 買方通過賣方接受的銀行，于裝船月份前 20天開立并送達(dá)賣方不可撤銷即期信用證，規(guī)定 50%發(fā)票金額憑即期光票支付，其余 50%金額用即期跟單托收方式付款交單。全套貨運單據(jù)附于托收項下，在買方付清發(fā)票的全部金額后交單。如買方不能付清全部發(fā)票金額，則貨運單據(jù)須由開證行掌握，憑賣方指示處理。 37 The buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the sellers an irrevocable sight letter of credit to reach the sellers 20 days before the month of shipment, stipulating that 50% of the invoice value available against clean draft at sight while the remaining 50%on documents against payment at sight on collection basis. The full set of shipping documents shall acpany the collection draft and shall only be released after full payment of the full invoice value, the shipping documents shall be held by the issuing bank at the seller’s disposal。
