太原市大學(xué)畢業(yè)生住房問題調(diào)查分析與思考論文-資料下載頁

【導(dǎo)讀】160萬增加到630萬，在短短的十年以內(nèi)，大學(xué)生數(shù)量擴(kuò)大了整整四倍。太原市大學(xué)生就業(yè)數(shù)量也。是太原市未來經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展的動力。在住房形式上大多選擇了租房或者與父母同住。而這個群體按照現(xiàn)行的保障性住房政策，既不符合。享受廉租房的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，又不具備購買經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房的條件，處于住房保障的“夾心層”。進(jìn)大學(xué)生安居樂業(yè)，也有利于地區(qū)人才資源積累，促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。全職簽約率為51%，平均月工資為2154元。接受調(diào)查的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生職業(yè)分布涉及政府機(jī)關(guān)、因此，解決好這一群體的住房問題不僅。調(diào)查對象為畢業(yè)五年內(nèi)的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生，調(diào)查共發(fā)放問卷170份，有效回收問卷156. 在有效參與調(diào)查的156人中，男性調(diào)查人數(shù)為69人，占調(diào)查總?cè)藬?shù)的44%，女性人數(shù)87人，%的畢業(yè)生為太原本地籍貫，%的畢業(yè)生并非太原市籍貫。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示，在被調(diào)查者當(dāng)中，比之下，太原市大學(xué)畢業(yè)生收入水平處于較低層次。太原市大學(xué)畢業(yè)生對自己目前住房現(xiàn)狀持滿意和不滿意態(tài)度的人各占一半，有相當(dāng)大一部分

Taiyuan city college students39。 employment number year by year climbed, their superior knowledge and professional skill for the economic development of taiyuan city contribution, knowledge of their potential is the sustainable economic development of future power. With graduated students greatly increasing the number at the same time, we must face another reality: just had a job of college students with no stable economic base, capital accumulation deficiency, and most have no ability to buy mercial houses. Therefore, in the current housing supply imbalances, house price is not reasonable under the influence of factors such as graduation, students groups to beg the market, in the form of housing most choose the rent or living with their parents. And this group under the current affordable housing policy, not accord with enjoy the standard of lowcost housing, and not have to buy economy applicable room condition, in the housing safeguard sandwich layer. For such a have received higher education and ine relatively low group, the government should be gradually will their housing into affordable housing system, not only can promote the university students39。 lives and work, also be helpful for area talent accumulated resources, promoting regional economic development.
