After that, her mother bee more strict about Jingmei’s piano. But Jingmei does not play the piano any more, which disappoints her mother. Her journey represents the concilation between the mother and daughters, between two cultures. In addition, the travel to China changes Jingmei’s prejudice about the Chinese traditional culture and finally accepts Chinese culture. Most importantly, the other three mothers rexame the way of munication with her daughters because of the death of Jingmei’s mother. I find that if you would not like to tell your hearty words out, others are not able to know what you are and what you think. People each have different opinions about the same things.
