[16]何希才等 . 實用傳感器接口電路實例 . 北京 : 中國電力出版社 . 2020 [17]羅宇航 . 流行 PLC 實用程序及設(shè)計 (西門子 S7200系列 ). 西安 : 西安電子科技大學(xué)出版社 . 2020 [18]王永華 . 現(xiàn)代電氣控制及 PLC 應(yīng)用技術(shù) . 北京 : 北京航空航天大學(xué)出版社 . 2020 洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 （ 論文 ） 26 附 錄 A 自動售貨機其他硬件說明 本文設(shè)計的是售 汽水 和 咖啡 這兩種 商品 的自動售 貨 機 ， 它的總體售 貨過程是：當(dāng)顧客購買 商品 時 ,投入的硬幣 （ 投入硬幣的面值和剩余值由 PLC驅(qū)動數(shù)碼管顯示 ） 經(jīng)過光傳感器感應(yīng)，然后由光傳感器驅(qū)動硬幣識別器識別硬幣，如果是假幣則被排出，如果是真幣則系統(tǒng)將硬幣自動傳送到相應(yīng)的硬幣貯幣腔 ,并經(jīng)光傳感器感應(yīng)，由光傳感器驅(qū)動 PLC 運行。然后經(jīng)顧客選擇、 PLC 進行控制，使在 PLC 的輸出口上有相應(yīng)的信號輸出 并驅(qū)動電機動作，獲得所買的商品 。 其中用到了光傳感器、數(shù)碼顯示管、硬幣的識別、 硬幣的貯存和退幣 等原理，以下詳細(xì)說明： 1. 光傳感器 在本設(shè)計中，用到光傳感器：當(dāng)硬幣投入開始由光傳感器感應(yīng)，然后由 光傳感器驅(qū)動硬幣識別器；硬幣經(jīng)識別后進入貯存腔時，由光傳感器感應(yīng)，給 PLC 一個信號，進行硬幣的相加運算；當(dāng)退幣時，退出的硬幣經(jīng)光傳感器感應(yīng)，給 PLC 一個信號，進行退幣的相減運算。 光傳感器是利用光敏元件將光信號轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號的傳感器件，它的敏感波長在可見光波長附近，包括紅外線波長和紫外線波長。光傳感器不只局限于對光的探測，它還可以作為探測元件組成其它傳感器，對許多非電量進行檢測，只要將這些非電量轉(zhuǎn)換為光信號的變化即可，本設(shè)計是運用紅外線傳感器的原理對投幣進行檢測。 圖 1 所示是紅外線傳感器的工作原理圖。它是 由光源、接收器和 PLC運行電路三部分組成。光源使用普通的白熾燈泡，當(dāng)點亮燈泡時，由于燈絲的溫度很高，能產(chǎn)生較強的紅外輻射，燈泡發(fā)出的可見光經(jīng)濾光片濾掉，紅外光便可向外發(fā)射。在距光源發(fā)射點一定距離處，設(shè)置有紅外接收器。這樣，在紅外光源和接收器之間就形成一條用肉眼看不見的紅外界線。無硬幣遮擋紅外線時，紅外線經(jīng)凸透鏡聚光后直接照射在光敏二極管 VD1上，光敏二極管的電阻變小，從而使 V1 導(dǎo)通、 V2 處于截止?fàn)顟B(tài)，接在V2 集電極的繼電器 K 不工作，輸出為低電平，因此， PLC 得不到相應(yīng)的洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 （ 論文 ） 27 信號。當(dāng)有硬幣通過紅外界線時，紅外線被 硬幣遮擋，光敏二極管因無光照射其內(nèi)阻增大，于是 VT1 截止， VT2 變?yōu)閷?dǎo)通，則輸出為高電平，使PLC 得到相應(yīng)的信號。 圖 1 紅外線傳感器的工作原理圖 2. 數(shù)碼管顯示 在本設(shè)計中，顯示部分，以 7 段顯示指令 SEGD 來實現(xiàn)，對于指令SEGD，將源操作數(shù)指定的元件的低 4 位中的十六進制數(shù)譯碼后送給 7 段顯示器顯示，譯碼的信號存于目標(biāo)操作數(shù)指定的元件中，輸出時要占用 7個輸出點。原操作數(shù)可以選所有的數(shù)據(jù)類型，目標(biāo)操作數(shù)位 KnY、 KnM、KnS、 T、 C、 D、 V 和 Z，只有 16 位運算。 [S]指定的元件的低 4 位中的十六進制 數(shù)經(jīng)譯碼后驅(qū)動 7 段顯示器，譯碼信號存于 [D]指定的元件中， [D]的高 8 位不變。 圖 2 中 7 段顯示器的 B0～ B6 分別對應(yīng)于 [D]中的最低位～第六位，某段應(yīng)亮?xí)r [D]中對應(yīng)的位為 1，反之為 0。 S E G D D 0 K 2 Y 0X 0[ S ][ D ] 圖 附錄 2 指令 SEGD 梯形圖 洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 （ 論文 ） 28 3. 金屬硬幣的識別原理 我國目前發(fā)行的 1 元、 5 角和 1 角硬幣的金屬原材料是為造幣而專門使用的特殊合金，因此在它通過投幣入口進入由電感和電容組成的特定高頻振蕩線路所產(chǎn)生的磁場時 。 金屬材質(zhì)和體積的差異對電感量的影響大小也出現(xiàn)微弱差異， 電感量的變化引起振蕩頻率的變化；再通過檢測頻率的變化，與設(shè)定值進行比較，確定某種硬幣種類后，經(jīng)窄帶選頻電路將頻率信號變成電壓信號輸出，完成對金屬硬幣的識別 . 4. 硬幣的貯存和退幣 在本設(shè)計中，采用的是圓筒式貯幣，步進電機退幣，當(dāng)硬幣投入后經(jīng)過識別識出電信號后，偽幣和異物被排出，真幣按面值由幾組分布電磁閥分配到不同貯幣腔內(nèi)備用。當(dāng)收到退幣找零電信號后，通過退幣電機，將貯幣腔內(nèi)下部硬幣依電信號程序退出，完成自動售貨機的退幣找零功能。 洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 （ 論文 ） 29 附 錄 B 程序設(shè)計部分梯形圖對應(yīng)的語句 表（ STL）如下： LD EU +D 1, VD1 LD EU +D 5, VD2 LD EU +D 10, VD3 LDD= VD4, 12 A O AN T37 AN = TON T37, 200 EU D 12, VD4 LD = LDD= VD5, 15 A O AN T38 LPS AN = 洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 （ 論文 ） 30 LRD TON T38, 200 LPP EU D 15, VD5 LD = LD O O EU MOVD VD1, VD6 +D VD2, VD6 LD O O EU MOVD VD6, VD7 AENO +D VD3, VD7 AENO LPS A T39 = LPP TON T39, 600 洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 （ 論文 ） 31 外文資料翻譯 PLC technique discussion and future development Along with the development of the ages, the technique that is nowadays is also gradually perfect, the petition plays more more stro ng。 the operation that list depends the artificial has already can39。t satisfied with the current manufacturing industry foreground, also can39。t guarantee the request of the higher quantity and high new the image of the technique business enterprise.
