Various kinds of wine color have both visual effect and cognitive meaning, both sentient effect and symbolic effect, that is what we called aesthetic value. The observation of wine’s color will help taster estimate the mellow, vintage and ripe situation of it. The color of wine contains profound connotation, at the same time, making a distinguish between different color is an important prerequisite to understand the aesthetic value of wine in the tasting process. The appreciation of wine’s aesthetic feeling means, after being attracted by its beauty, the taster will have a miscellaneous and further realization about the aesthetic of wine. At the same time, the taster can get a pleasant feel in both body and mind during this process. Pleasing the eyes, pleasing the mind, and pleasing the soul are the three gradually indepth vertical levels while tasting wine. Pleasing the eyes gives taster a feeling of ease and relaxed. It means the highest form of life in a further level.”[10] The beauty of wine is the perceptual manifestation of taster’s essential power. The aesthetic perception actually is the discovery, affirmation and attention on his essential power through the wine he creates. In this case, we can believe that the taster and the information wine contains have an emotional resonance. From outside to inside, the overflow aroma of wine has formed the splendid structure and artistic glamour. The appreciation of wine’s artistic value is helpful in cultivating taster’s observation, imagination and thinking, and then leads us to discover beauty, feel beauty, and appreciate beauty. The cultivation of interest in beauty helps us understand the meaning of success, and realize the essence of life.
