,他們是學(xué)習(xí)的主體,是教學(xué)效果的直接體驗者,對教師的教學(xué)態(tài)度、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法與教學(xué)效果等感受最深,對課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量最有發(fā)言權(quán)。四、評價指標體系的構(gòu)建指標是指依據(jù)一定的價值標準,通過系統(tǒng)的收集資料、對評價對象的質(zhì)量、水平、效益及其社會意義進行價值判斷的過程。評價是以特定的目標為依據(jù)的,在實踐中,我們將目標具體化。而指標就是具體的、可測量的、行為化和操作化的目標,它是評價的直接依據(jù)。指標體系是由各級各項評價指標及其相應(yīng)的指標權(quán)重和評價標準所構(gòu)成的集合體。一般的評價指標會從教學(xué)態(tài)度、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)能力、教學(xué)效果等幾個方面構(gòu)建評價指標體系,會產(chǎn)生對某幾項指標的反復(fù)使用與評價,往往會造成評價主體因角度不同,結(jié)果往往相悖的結(jié)果。而我們在構(gòu)建指標體系時,學(xué)生評價側(cè)重于教師的課堂教學(xué),院系專家評價側(cè)重于以課堂教學(xué)為中心的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)上的各關(guān)鍵點。這樣,既覆蓋全面又各有側(cè)重,評價的結(jié)果會更具有可信度。我們構(gòu)建了9個考核點、21項指標的學(xué)生評價指標體系。如表1所示。(表1)本指標體系的最突出特點就是加上了教師的“個性品質(zhì)”與“教學(xué)技能和風(fēng)格”,教師除了具備一定的知識和能力水平,心理和個性特征也是非常重要的。因此,教學(xué)質(zhì)量的評價除了需要考慮知識傳授和能力培養(yǎng)以外,還需要考慮教師教學(xué)過程中人文關(guān)懷的因素。具有人文關(guān)懷的教學(xué)可以促進學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中保持愉快健康的心理,促進學(xué)生個性的良好發(fā)展??傊虒W(xué)質(zhì)量是在一定人文關(guān)懷條件下,教師傳授知識與培養(yǎng)能力的一種效率體現(xiàn)。人文關(guān)懷實質(zhì)是指教師在教學(xué)過程中以學(xué)生為本的教學(xué)精神,構(gòu)建了10個考核點、21項指標的院系綜合評價指標體系。(表2)本指標體系的特點主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面:一是重視教學(xué)文件的編制與更新,因為這是保證教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ);二是重視師生之間的互動學(xué)習(xí);三是重視對一個輪次結(jié)束后課程的總結(jié)與學(xué)生的反饋,對提高教師的教學(xué)水平,進而提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量起到了保障作用。教師自評也是由客觀等級評價與主觀評語評價兩部分組成??傊陨显u價指標體系的構(gòu)建,采用“定量考核”與“定性考核”相結(jié)合,“他評”與“自評”相結(jié)合,真正做到了以評價促進教師發(fā)展,為教師發(fā)展而評價的目的。五、評價結(jié)果的應(yīng)用充分利用校園網(wǎng),建立網(wǎng)上評價系統(tǒng),學(xué)生和院系專家可以通過校園網(wǎng)對每位教師進行:///網(wǎng)上評教,利用信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)手段,可以準確、快速、高效率地采集到評價工作所需要的信息,可以使教學(xué)管理部門在教學(xué)過程中隨時掌握教師的教學(xué)狀態(tài)以及學(xué)校的教學(xué)管理、教學(xué)實施和教學(xué)保障的工作狀態(tài),使教師的教學(xué)質(zhì)量處于實時監(jiān)控狀態(tài),以便及時決策調(diào)控。主要參考文獻:[1]魏紅,[J].西南師范大學(xué)學(xué)報,.[2][M].北京教育科學(xué)出版社,2000.[3][J].現(xiàn)代教育科學(xué),.[4]許傳海,宋濤,[J].中國高教研究, of the evaluation index system of teaching quality of teachers in Colleges and UniversitiesAbstract: This paper tries to eliminate different courses and professional difference, gives a panoramic view of the teachers engaged in teaching activities of the entire process, scientific review of the teaching process, the key point of the quantified evaluation index, piled with distinctive oriented, scientific evaluation index this basis, according to the characteristics of the evaluation index system, determine the different angle by the student evaluation, prehensive evaluation and teacher selfevaluation, the evaluation of the main, in order to achieve the purpose of improving teaching , the teaching quality of university teacher evaluation research significanceAt present, in the increasingly petitive environment, the quality of teaching is to cultivate talents quality relates to the survival and development of the the teaching quality is the process through a series of teaching activities, many teachers and students through the development and change of the reflected, the teaching quality of teachers directly affect the quality of the students, the evaluation of teaching quality of teachers, promoting the improvement of the teaching quality, is basic guarantee of improving students39。 Comprehensive as the “father of modern education evaluation of Taylor” was put forward: the evaluation process is essentially a set curriculum and teaching plan to the actual are two main points: one is to evaluate the。the two is the development , evaluation of teaching quality is a very important aspect, the evaluation process is to make judgments about people being on the evaluation of teaching quality is very important, mainly in the following aspects: 1, encourage teachers to improve their teaching, to promote the professional development of Teachers39。 teaching quality evaluation of fundamental purpose is to promote the teachers constantly gaps, improve teaching, to improve the quality of addition, teachers constantly enrich and improve their professional knowledge, will effectively promote the professional development of , can make the school teaching management departments to understand teaching situation, found the problem, sum up experience, and improve the work, in order to achieve the purpose of improving teaching is a very effective means of management, the school teaching management departments can understand teaching situation through the evaluation of teaching quality control, timely, in order to achieve the aim of personnel , strengthen school teacher performance important function of evaluation is to provide the basis for Jiangyoufalie, according to the teachers39。 teaching quality evaluation results, to set up an effective incentive mechanism within the school, finally lay the foundation to ensure the quality of , the teachers39。 teaching quality evaluation is an important part of college teaching qualitymonitoring and evaluation system,
