This article describes the environment in Visual Studio 2021, a threetier development of hospital outpatient information system. On the actual number of hospital visits and integration of the advantages of some advanced hospital information systems nowadays, designed and developed an effective, and can meet the needs of the general hospital patient information management solution. This article describes the system design and development process, including systems analysis, design summary, detailed design, implementation, testing and some other. The system is divided into basic information maintenance, outpatient registration, outpatient fees, and outpatient pharmacy four Submodules. The basic information maintain module contains functions constant maintenance, departmentperson management, personnel group management, permissions maintenance, the registration management module includes insite registration, registration retirement, basic information of patients maintained, day checkout and outpatient registration related queries, such as department summary of ine check, registered workload query, registered status query and so on, the outpatient fee module contains functions outpatient charges, refund patient, outpatient day checkout, and outpatient charges related inquiries, the outpatient pharmacy module includes drug administration, outpatient price (fee), drug refund, drug dispensing, drug send, and outpatient pharmacy related queries.
