Assume the failure could occur but may not necessarily occur. 列出每一個(gè)潛在失效模式。假設(shè)這種失效可能發(fā)生，但不一定非得發(fā)生。 ? How can the process fail to meet specifications? ?過程 /零件怎么不能滿足規(guī)范？ ?
