This is the core of the proposal, and every other section of the proposal depends on what it defines。 Work Plan and Schedule ? Reflects the tasks written in the technical approach。 ? Demonstrates the understanding of tasks and their sequencing to meet project objectives。 ? Indicates when the project activities will be carried out. The Management Plan ? Describes how the project will be anized, and how the team will interact with the client。 ? Addresses the management and administrative challenges of the project. The Staffing Plan ? Demonstrates that the consulting firm chose team members deliberately, based on the needs of the project。 ? Describes what the responsibilities of each team member will be and why the team member is good for the position. The Financial proposal/budget ? Informing the client how much the consulting firm will charge to carry out the activities outlined in the technical proposal。 ? The cost should includes : 1)Indirect Cost (overhead。general administrative costs)。 2)Direct Cost (salaries。travel 。per diem。puter rental。munications costs。taxi costs). Corporate capability statement ?
