The model is N330－ , subcritical, intermediate reheat, single shaft, threecasing and doubleexhaust condensing type. The operation mode is carrying the load and it can also carry out peak adjustment.SINOMACH – CNEEC – PENTA JOINT OPERATIONPage 7 of 155高、中壓汽缸分缸，通流部分反向布置，且為雙層缸。低壓汽缸為雙排汽，對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu)。 低壓外缸兩端各設(shè)有噴水減溫裝置，其頂部裝有兩只安全膜。HP and IP casing are separate, the flow path is reverse arranged and it is doublecasing. The LP casing is doublecasing, and the structure is symmetric. Two ends of the LP outer casing are equipped with the spray water desuperheating device and there are two safety membranes on the top.高、中、低壓轉(zhuǎn)子均為整段轉(zhuǎn)子，全部采用剛性聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接。高壓轉(zhuǎn)子有一個(gè)單列調(diào)節(jié)級(jí)和 10 個(gè)壓力級(jí)；中壓轉(zhuǎn)子有 12 個(gè)壓力級(jí)；低壓轉(zhuǎn)子有 25 個(gè)壓力級(jí)。HP, IP and LP rotor are the intergral fed rotor and they are rigid coupling connection. The HP rotor has one single governing stage and 10 pressure stages。 IP rotor has 12 pressure stages, and the LP rotor has 25 pressure stages.高壓缸進(jìn)汽分別從汽缸兩側(cè)進(jìn)入。甲高壓主汽門控制 3 高壓調(diào)速汽門；乙高壓主汽門控制4 高壓調(diào)速汽門。各汽門由各自獨(dú)立的單側(cè)油動(dòng)機(jī)控制。中壓缸進(jìn)汽由兩組聯(lián)合汽門控制，每組聯(lián)合汽門包括一只中壓主汽門和一只中壓調(diào)速汽門，分別裝在中壓汽缸兩側(cè)，各汽門同樣由各自獨(dú)立的單側(cè)油動(dòng)機(jī)控制。Steam enters the HP casing through the two sides of the HP main stop valve controls the 1 and 3 HP speed governing valves。 B HP main stop valve controls the 2 and 4 HP speed governing valve. Each steam valve is controlled by the independent single side oil servo motor. IP casing steam inlet is controlled by two groups of intercept control valves. Each intercept control valve is posed of a IP main stop valve and a IP speed governing valve, which are installed at two sides of the IP casing respectively, and each valve is controlled by the own independent oil servo motor.汽缸死點(diǎn)和膨脹：高、中壓缸軸向膨脹死點(diǎn)設(shè)在中壓缸后軸承箱上，當(dāng)缸體受熱時(shí)，中壓缸由死點(diǎn)向機(jī)頭方向膨脹，同時(shí)通過(guò)左右兩側(cè)聯(lián)接高、中壓缸的推拉桿推動(dòng)高壓缸向前滑動(dòng)；低壓外缸的絕對(duì)膨脹以汽機(jī)側(cè)排汽口橫銷為死點(diǎn)向發(fā)電機(jī)側(cè)膨脹，低壓內(nèi)缸以凝汽器中心線為死點(diǎn)向前、后膨脹。SINOMACH – CNEEC – PENTA JOINT OPERATIONPage 8 of 155Casing dead point and expansion: the HP and IP expansion dead points are on the IP casing rear bearing box. When the casing is heated, the IP casing expands towards the turbine head from the dead point, and at the same time, the HP casing slips forward through the push and pull rods at two sides which are used to connect the HP and IP casing. The turbine side exhaust port transverse pins are the dead points for the LP outer casing absolute expansion and the expansion is towards the generator side. IP inner casing expands forwards and backwards from the condenser central line.轉(zhuǎn)子死點(diǎn)和膨脹：推力軸承設(shè)在2 軸承箱內(nèi)，由兩根推拉桿將推力軸承與高壓外缸剛性聯(lián)接，可隨同高壓缸一起膨脹移動(dòng)。整根汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子以推力盤為死點(diǎn)，分別向前、后膨脹。Rotor dead point and expansion: the thrust bearing is installed in the 2 bearing box and two push and pull rods are used to realize the rigid connection between the thrust bearing and HP outer casing so that they can expand and move with the HP casing. The dead point for the whole turbine rotor is the thrust disc and the rotor expands forwards and backwards respectively.回?zé)嵯到y(tǒng)按二級(jí)高加、一級(jí)除氧、四級(jí)低加布置。The regenerative system is arranged with two stages of HP heaters, one stage of deaerator and four stages of LP heaters.高壓加熱器給水采用大旁路，每臺(tái)機(jī)組設(shè)置三臺(tái)容量 50％ BMCR 的電動(dòng)調(diào)速給水泵。HP heater feedwater uses the big bypass, and each unit is equipped with three 50%BMCR motordriven speed governing feedwater pumps.汽輪機(jī)具有七級(jí)非調(diào)整抽汽（包括高壓缸排汽） 。高壓缸排汽供 7高加，六級(jí)抽汽供6 號(hào)蒸汽冷卻器和 6 號(hào)高加，五級(jí)抽汽供除氧器及輔助蒸汽，四、三、二、一級(jí)抽汽分別供四臺(tái)低加用汽。四級(jí)抽汽還供給海水淡化用汽。除一級(jí)抽汽外，其它各級(jí)抽汽管道上均設(shè)有快關(guān)電動(dòng)隔離閥和氣動(dòng)止回閥。 Turbine has seven stages of nongoverning extractions (includes the HP casing SINOMACH – CNEEC – PENTA JOINT OPERATIONPage 9 of 155steam exhaust). HP casing exhaust steam is supplied to 7 HP heater, the sixth stage extraction steam is supplied to 6 steam cooler and 6 HP heater, the fifth stage extraction steam is supplied to the deaerator and auxiliary steam, the 4th, 3rd , 2nd and 1st stage extraction steam is respectively supplied to the four LP heaters. The 4th stage extraction steam is also used to supply steam for the sea water demineralization.
