This Agreement shall bee effective upon its execution by each and every Parties. Parties B,C,D,E,F are obliged to facilitate the signing of the Crude Oil Purchasing Contract between Party A and SOMO within six (6) months from the date of signing this Agreement and to ensure the oil price discount herein agreed. The terms of this agreement shall be the same to the Main Contract. If the beneficiary fails to fulfill such facilitation obligation within six(6) months, this Agreement shall be deemed as terminated.
