All disputes in connection with this Agreement or the execution there of shall be settled friendly through negotiations. In case no settlement can be reached, the case may then be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted by its Shanghai SubCommission in shanghai in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties. The arbitration fees, reasonable attorney’s fees, travel expense shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise awarded by the Commission.
五、其他事項
本協(xié)議受中華人民共和國法律管轄。
The agreement shall be governed by Chana Law.
本協(xié)議自雙方簽章時生效，有效期1年。
This validity of this agreement is 1 years between Party “A” and Party “B” and is Valid upon the signing of agreement.

篇二：傭金協(xié)議書
傭金協(xié)議書
甲方：重慶比澳仕企業(yè)管理顧問有限公司
乙方：重慶上迅電梯發(fā)展有限公司
甲乙雙方經(jīng)友好協(xié)商，就乙方所承攬的英利國際金融中心電梯維修工程付給甲方勞務費事宜達成如下協(xié)議：
一、雙方確認的事實
甲乙雙方確認乙方與英利囯際（以下簡稱丙公司）所簽訂的電梯維修工程合同系在甲方努力下促成的。
二、勞務費確定
乙方與丙公司所簽訂的維修電梯工程合同中所確定的費用
工程合同總款為：每月維修費55,000 x 12個月x 5年=3,300,000人民幣 勞務費為每年維修費的1/12(1個月的維修費) x 5年=275,000人民幣 若乙方在施工過程中工程量增加，增加部分乙方也依上述比例支付給甲方。
